I ordered a Club Lulu and they didn’t put the bacon on it. Also the lettuce looks like crap. That’s the last time I tip a sandwich maker. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike’s.
* Edited to add Jimmy Johns reached out saying they wanted to make it right. They gave me a $5 off coupon… I spent $16 on a sandwhich I didnt even eat. Definitely avoid this location and let it get shutdown.

I love Jimmy John’s and their service, but this place was just bammer. Normally, every time, I get my sandwich right away. Not today. Oh no. I mean it didn’t take long but compared to other spots’ and their speedy service this place was slow slow. And it looked like nobody cared. To top it off this ain’t no sandwich, more of a meatwich. Siiighhh

Just paid 20 bucks for a bacon club with no bacon. Because they were out of bacon but didn’t tell me until after I paid and they made the sandwich. Perfect. And you have the nerve to ask for a tip on every transaction.

We placed a large order for a company function to be ready for a few days in the future. I checked on it a couple of days before, just to be sure, but there was really no need. The staff was on it! Everyone was friendly and very willing to make it great for us. The delivery time was met with no problem and the final product was excellent! This is an annual function that we usually have catered, banquet style, but with the Covid we had few options. We are very happy with the option we chose! Nice work folks!

I am officially changing my review from five stars across the board. My daughter and I went there one evening for dinner the first thing we noticed was one of the workers with a big nasty hickey on their neck that is so tacky and unprofessional. The employees definitely have switched up no one there greeted us with a smile , we had to speak first it was just a weird situation honestly. Not to mention our food was not up to par the bread was hard!! The meat, cheeses and lettuce tasted old. That is the last time that we will be going there, which is sad because my daughter and I used to love going there. And finally, I found a hair in my sandwich!!!!! horrible experience I do not recommend anyone go to this establishment unless it is the last thing open and even then reconsider just go home and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
