I came in there today to pick up an order and I thought ‘Oh while I wait for that I will order my lunch’ I asked for a #9 no tomato UNWHICH (lettuce wrap) instead of bread. Handed me the order I was picking up and mine that I ordered. I get down the road, opened my order and was very upset that it was in bread. I was highly disappointed by not only not getting my order right but half the ingredients came out to the side when I take a bite. I spent 13.78 on a sandwich I couldn’t finish cause with every bite all ingredients would just come off. Very upset I wasted money in sandwich I couldn’t even eat half of.

Fast food style sandwich shop. Pretty standard corporate layout. But this place prompts for tip upon purchase. So it unfortunately gets a 1 star. I’d encourage others to also only leave 1 star when businesses require you to go through a tip screen.

My girlfriend went through to pick us up some sandwiches and at checkout she realized the total was $5 more than it should be. The guy who rang up the sandwiches added in a $5 tip himself. Luckily she saw it at the end on the receipt and started asking questions. They credited her back and acted oblivious to it. Make sure you guys check your receipts. Sounds like they’re adding whatever they want at the end tip wise

Sumner location is decent. They don’t stuff sandwich enough inside, couple slices of ham and cheese, and charging you $13. Would prefer Jersey Mikes ..

Not likely returning here. Parking is horrible. I called in order 20 minutes ahead, and then still had to wait 10 minutes. I’ve had great experiences at other Jimmy John’s, but wouldn’t recommend this one.

Despite previous experiences from years ago, but also bad reviews, the two servers around 7, two young men went above and beyond in one of my worst emotional days with service and listening to me. Whoever they were deserve to get some form of promotion for managing the store on their own and being able to relate to strangers which is rare for customer service, this coming from someone who’s worked customer service.

They sent my order out with an Uber delivery driver who ended up stealing my order for themselves and cancelled the delivery. Then the store voided my entire order without contacting me about it and said I would have my money back in 2-3 business days. What a joke.

I thought their jjblt without mayo was just a one time problem but it was a recurrence. Just ordered one today and requested extra mayo… Guess what?! Not a single mayo on my jjblt (I ordered previous jjblt from different states and it did not disappoint). I’ll go to federal way next time at least everytime we order there it did not disappoint.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I went to this Jimmy John’s expecting a quick, decent sandwich, but what I got was a total mess. The order was completely wrong — I asked for no mayo and extra pickles, and somehow got the opposite. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager, Mary, acted like I was the problem. She was rude, dismissive, and made zero effort to fix the mistake. Instead of offering a replacement or even an apology, she just shrugged and walked away. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Won’t be coming back.
