Sammy was ok but they tried to get me to sign a tip upon pick up while rocking a sign that says “tips appreciated but not expected” at the register. Just a little desperate for gratuity from a quickie sammy spot and a turn off. I’ve been to many JJ and never had to sign nothing on an order in pick up. Bad form.

I am an idiot. Today is my last time ordering from Jimmy John’s. I am from Champaign, IL where the franchise started. My oldest sister worked at its second store. I have been loyal to JJ since the 90s.
But it’s not the same.
This is the third time, in TWO WEEKS, I asked for a Club Lulu and got a Turkey Tom. I was check #1. First customer of the day. I should have went in instead od going through the drive thru.
The manager made the sandwich!!
I asked if there was someone allergic to bacon or had a religious restriction, and they said no. I asked if maybe the Club Lulu is mistakenly coded. No. Is there a bacon shortage? No.
This is pure inattentiveness and carelessness.

This place just went up in price. They’re way too much! I don’t think what you’re getting for what you pay is worth it. The food is just okay. It’s bread with meat, maybe cheese, and lots of lettuce, etc. Nothing great. Yet you’re paying about $13 for each regular sandwich. No chips or drink. I spent $40 for 3 sandwiches. I could of gotten a large pizza and garlic twists from another place right down the road for $32. I won’t be back. No way!

The employee I talked to made me feel stupid for ordering and then when I got my food it was a piece of bread with only 1 piece of meat and cheese and they literally charged me extra for said cheese. The sandwich alone was $10 and then plus $2 for cheese. That’s ridiculous.

I ordered a box of sandwiches just before noon and it was ready by the time I got there. Then I asked to have another sandwich made just for me and they made it crazy fast. This group is a well oiled machine. The sandwiches were a big hit with my staff.

The manager at this location was not friendly, barely acknowledged us. I ordered $300 worth of sandwiches. The sandwiches were not made the way I ordered them online. It was a great disappointment for the party. I contacted the general manager and she told me her worker does not make mistakes and I should have called instead of ordered online (basically my fault for ordering online). She told me she would talk to the staff on what happened and call me back. I never received a call back. Wow! Blame the customer for a royal mess up and not even apologize. As a manager, I would have apologized and given the customer a free meal even if it was a problem with the online system. What a disappointment, I will never go back.

I enjoy Jimmy John’s usually, I came in to this location yesterday around lunch time so 12pm with my family so 5 people in total. We ordered at the front and waited for our food. We planned on eating inside. Most of the tables were dirty no big deal. The soda smelled and tasted moldy is the only way I can describe it. We won’t even speak of the condition of the bathrooms. Then we got our food. Not one of our sandwiched was correct. We all asked for no mayonnaise, no tomato, add pickle, and yellow mustard. Seems simple enough the 1st sandwich had mayonnaise as well as tomato but no pickles. 2nd sandwich had mayonnaise on the outside and again tomato. I went back to the counter with all the sandwiches and spoke with Angela I explained to her that all 5 of our sandwiches needed to be remade due to them not being made correctly. Not only did she tell me ” you did not say no mayonnaise” she then proceeded to loudly let me know that they are too busy to be remaking food that was not ordered correctly! ” I am the manager of the store!” I was beyond upset but I remained calm and looked at my receipt and wouldn’t you know it says right on it no mayo, no tomato, ect. My wife went to show her the receipt and was spoken down to and Angela in a very loud voice said okay honey I guess we will remake your order but it will be a minute we have other orders in front of you. At this my wife and our 3 teenage children left without our 80 plus dollars worth of food, and yes it was over 80 dollars for 5 meals with sandwich chip and drinks! I will never come to this location ever again. I hope that no one else has to deal with the incompetent, rude, argumentative, store manger Angela.
