On Saturday, December 27, 2025, I decided to order sandwiches from this location before finishing my grocery shopping. Based on previous experiences, I knew it might be a while before the sandwiches were ready. Arriving 20 minutes later, I found a chaotic scene: one girl was making sandwiches, a young man was walking around, and another was cutting meat.
The young man approached me and asked if I was there to pick up an order. After confirming, he informed me that my order hadn’t been started yet, but it was next in line. Meanwhile, a gentleman enter the store began discussing an issue with another young man about being unable to order a sandwich online.
Suddenly, the girl making sandwiches interrupted, loudly announcing across the restaurant that they couldn’t make a particular sandwich due to a lack of sauce. The situation escalated as everyone attempted to assist this one customer, but the girl’s shouting only created more confusion. Despite being there for ten minutes, I saw no sandwiches made.
Growing impatient, I asked if my order was ready. The girl curtly responded that she had two orders ahead of mine and offered to refund my money if I couldn’t wait any longer. Our exchange grew heated as she continued to argue instead of focusing on her work. In frustration, I asked her to stop talking and concentrate on making the sandwiches. Eventually, she slammed my order on the counter, threatened to call the police, and refused to provide her name, claiming to be the general manager.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues at this location, particularly when this employee is working. I have previously tried to address these concerns with Jimmy John’s customer service. It’s clear that this store needs serious attention from the company’s founders.
Moving forward, my family and I will go out of our way to visit other locations, hoping for a better experience
I recently visited Jimmy John’s for the second time in a while, as I typically opt for online ordering and delivery. On this occasion, I decided to place my order in-person. There were approximately five employees working, but none greeted me upon entry. I observed one employee take an order, and after completing it, I approached the counter to place my order. I initiated the interaction by saying hello, placed my order, and paid with my card. However, I did not receive a receipt or instructions on the next steps. I waited for about five minutes, observing another customer receive their order within a shorter timeframe. After 10 minutes passed, I inquired about the status of my order and was informed that it was being prepared at that moment, despite another customer who ordered after me receiving their order first.
I had ordered two sandwiches, which took approximately 16 to 17 minutes to prepare. This experience has led me to consider ordering online again in the future.
==========
Jimmy John’s is known for offering high-quality, tasty sandwiches in the neighborhood. Their sandwiches are made fresh, and I appreciate that they remain soft throughout the day. The roast beef and shredded lettuce are my favorites, but their ham is also excellent.
My husband calls the restaurant and instead of just apologizing and asking how she can make it right, the manager proceeds to basically call us liars and says “we wash our lettuce everyday and it’s good for 36 hours” ok well whoever washed THIS lettuce needs an eye exam because this wasn’t even 1 bug, it was like 5 and they weren’t even hiding.
Once I started shouting at the phone that I’d be happy to drive down and show her the pictures, she offered to “put a credit on the account or make a new one.”
I have NEVER had a good experience with this location. Not ever. I’ve got time today, I’m half tempted to drive over and show them the unwich with bugs and ask if she would call it washed and feel safe eating it herself?!?!
Ordered a sandwich for delivery, an hour goes by and they tell us the sandwich was just sitting there waiting for the driver. We ask how long for the driver to get to us they say he hasn’t come back and still has 6 deliveries. We ask how long the sandwich has been sitting they tell us 15-20 minutes. At this point the employee is scoffing and annoyed at us. I don’t think any employee there would want to wait 2 hours for a soggy sandwich, nor would want their money wasted. The lack of common sense and accountability is frustrating.
If there’s that much of a delay you should let the customers know, common sense says nobody wants a soggy sandwich delivered or when they end up picking it up because delivery took too long.
And believe me it smells great when you first walk in you can smell the fresh bread baking. Jimmy John’s is always great but this one is clean and fresh ingredients and this one’s not far off the highway. Lots of seating available and the staff was really friendly also.
There seems to also be ample parking in the back and on the sides of this long building.
The other thing I really liked were all the inspirational signs to read while you dined, I’ll share some photos as well to understand the layout.
