I had never been to any Jimmy John’s before this, and I had a few thoughts. The bread was very hard, I understand crusty, but this was stale. I got a pickle as my side and it was so soaking wet it soaked through the bottom of the bag. Overall it tasted pretty good but I don’t think it was quite worth the price. I will try them again and see if this was a one time thing.

Without a doubt the worst Jimmy John’s I have been to in my 18+ years of eating experience. I spent nearly
$100 on food here and the initially proclaimed that they did not take card. “No worries we said”, they preceded to refuse to accept my $100 bill only bc “we already have 4”. Furthermore there was a dangerous light that bashed my poor colleague in the face as he walked through the establishment. One fellow working behind the desk even needed to use the calculator app on his phone to determine how much change he needed after rejected my bill. Horrible service, I believe all the workers here to be under the influence of the hippie grass. I was also majorly unimpressed with the quality

We ordered from here a lot, stopping by or ordering delivery due to the their freaky fast delivery.
They aren’t anymore though. They contracted out to UberEats and the last 2 times we ordered on a weekend it took 1.5 hours to get to us. The most recent time the driver tried to deliver to the wrong house but fortunately I saw on the app that he was here and went and grabbed it. The guy wasn’t using the default app but some Chinese version that problem introduced errors as both our houses are clearly marked so there is no reason for mistakes.
As far as food, well, it’s fine. We get it fairly often and there’s at least one mistake about 50% of the time. It’s good when it’s right.

Prompt service today around 5:45pm. When I told the cashier with curly red hair I had gluten-intolerance and wanted a lettuce wrap, they made sure to clarify whether cross-contamination was an issue for me. I was a little shy in saying so, even though it is, but as soon as I did the other employee (tall, dark hair) changed gloves. Not only were they kind, they were efficient. Please give both of these employees a huge shoutout.

Just ordered an Ultimate Italian toasted sandwich. It was over toasted, and an unbelievable amount of moisture was running down my arms and covered my entire chest and abdomen. I was on the road, of course they didn’t include any napkins. What the hell people? Do better.
