Came in the other night and got a sandwich and fountain drink. When I went to leave the older gentlemen employee stopped me from refilling my cup (Powerade) stating the machine was closed. I said ok and walked away, upon walking away he yelled to me that refills were only for large cups. I returned today to ask a manager about the refill cup policy and the manager stated they have no policy for refills.
Food is good but bad customer service and not necessary to have made a comment after I already understood the machine was closed, I didn’t argue and simply walked away.

Can we rate zero stars for customer service? Man, that was rough.
Ordered 2 sandwiches, got one. Came back to get the other and was treated like I was the scum of the earth. When you make a mistake, you should act graciously and work With your customer to figure it out.

Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean. Ordered a sandwich, and softdrink total came to $17 bucks. Was handed my food and I was shocked at how small my sandwich was. It was literally a few pieces of meat and then a ton of lettuce. While it was good it was so small I was far from being even close to full.

I sent my husband in to buy some day old bread. As the kind kid behind the counter rang him up, the manager came back around the corner and yelled at them that they shouldn’t have sold it to my husband. My husband stood there awkwardly, not knowing what to do. After a few moments, they had to ask her what to do. “Fine” She said “but next time you better ask!” Yelling at the employee. The whole exchange made us all feel vary uncomfortable. As someone who is in management myself, this is definitely not how things are handled, how employees should be spoken to, or how guests should feel.

Both times I have placed an order ahead online, I have waited more than 20 minutes upon arriving at the store for my food to be ready. They seem to prioritize anyone who is ordering in the store. Everyone who was in line (which was out the door) had received their food before I received mine. So it’s basically pointless to order ahead.
The manager had left during this busy time to get Starbucks for the employees (a nice gesture but poor timing?).
They also don’t deliver to my home even though I can complete an order via Doordash. The manager had to call me to tell me they cancelled the order because their drivers don’t go to my neighborhood. I don’t understand why I would be able to place the order if that was the case. Just seems like things aren’t running very smoothly at this location.

It took me a couple of years to come in here because I don’t eat bread. Now I know they will *lettuce wrap* any sandwich! My sandwich was delicious. What stood out the most is the excellent customer service provided by Ryan at the register. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the sandwiches. He made us feel welcome. I’m sure I will return soon.

I can not say enough about this location! I placed an order five min before close for delivery( I know horrible move on my part) however when my order came I realized my drink was wrong and something with my sandwich. I wrote a quick little email just to call attention. They went above and beyond with customer service the location manager reached out and apologized along with some compensation for the mix up AND so did corporate even though it is a franchise location. I Will absolutely be eating here again with out a doubt!

I always enjoy Jimmy John’s. Portion sizes are a bit on the small side but they’re always tasty. Honestly one of the best ways I’ve had Jimmy John’s recently was catered. We had bought Jimmy John’s as catering for a birthday party and the bang for the buck is through the roof.
