Service was quick and efficient. Order accurate. Prices like most places going up. My kid loved the sub and flavor of ingredients. I enjoyed mine as well. I could tell the difference in flavor compared to other sub places. Less topping options and all but still good quality and flavor. Definitely worth it.

Worst sandwich ever! We really enjoyed good, yummy sandwiches at JJ Shoreline where Jersey Mike’s is now, 2 or 3 times a week for years. Moved to Kenmore excited JJ was so close. Our 1st visit was just okay, nothing like Shoreline, month later decided to try toasted thinking would be better, wife got Beach was okay, my JJ BLT was by far worst sandwich in my 76 yrs. Opened burnt bun as photos show, tasted burnt, no cheese I paid extra for. Took back showed no cheese was told toasted can’t see the cheese, what a joke! At my age decided not to argue, sat back down, really dry opened back up showed wife absolutely no mayo, what kind of BLT has no mayo. Six people standing around talking, no one else there and can’t make a sandwich. Go to a sandwich shop to get a good, yummy sandwich, not a burnt, dry, no mayo BLT, not even getting the cheese I paid extra for. Then told just can’t see cheese because it’s toasted, more like cremated. UNBELIEVABLE ! Clearly this store does not have a manager. After reading other reviews see we are not alone!

I travel a lot and post reviews of restaurants across the USA. I rarely do a sandwich shop, let alone in my hometown.
We ordered on a rainy Wednesday night using their easy mobile order website. We actually placed the order from the McDonald’s parking lot as McDs app was down again and I ain’t going back.
I arrived quickly and the team was still making our two sandwiches.
I looked around and found the location to be very clean, everywhere. Windows, door mats, tables, tile, kitchen, beverage machine… impressive. I was the only customer there and talked with Brandon. He told me my order wasn’t done yet but gave me my drink cup.
I remarked how clean the store was and chatted with team – they couldn’t be a nicer crew. Kudos to the owner, a great team of Brandon, Jay, and Emily.
We had a Little John #4 and a Billy Club. They added chips as a welcome as a new customer for no cost. Fresh soft bread, cold fresh ingredients all wrapped perfectly. I planned to eat half of my sandwich… I ended up eating the whole thing. YUM!
I’m impressed with the location, the team, the prices were good value for these high quality sandwiches – what a nice surprise. This is my go-to sandwich place from now on!

Fresh, made to order, and helpful staff. Happy to see see mostly young adults working and providing service you hope for, but hasn’t been as common in last several years. Nice kids with good attitudes and proactive in making sure you are satisfied.

Lazy little kids working that say they are closed when they are open. I got there at 8:40 they don’t close until 9 pm but they refused drive through and walk in service. They were making a sandwhich too. If you are closed turn off your sign lock your doors and change your hours online. I double checked and online even said open close soon. They had 20 min left until close. Don’t support them!!! Been here multiple times before and they are always rude!

Avoid! We love Jimmy John’s and have visited across the country and have had bad experiences here before but tonight was the last straw. I ordered in the drive thru. First, it took ten minutes for the sandwiches to come out despite only one car being in the parking lot. For dietary needs, I checked the sandwiches and one was made wrong. At this point the employee became aggravated that I had for a sandwich to be remade. Then while waiting the second car behind us was prompted for an order despite already placing order a few minutes before. At this point the employee apologized for the wait because the driver ahead had ordered wrong and asked for his order to be re-made. Really nice since you can hear the speaker while waiting at the window. No need for your cold generic response, I have already submitted the feedback.

But that it’s $22 for a giant sandwich. Then another two dollars for cheese and a large Coke cost me $30. By far the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever had. Tub subs in Bothell makes the best sandwiches and they don’t cost that much. What happened Jimmy John’s? Sorry but I can’t buy your sandwiches anymore. Jersey Mike’s and Mercury coffee both have amazing sandwiches too, and they are far less than this one.

The staff is not generally communicative, often dismissively, and gets orders wrong. My spouse got sick after NOT ordering cheese and diving into the sub only to find after a few bites in they just randomly added cheese to it.
You can get something’s wrong, forget the mayo, but giving dairy to someone randomly is quite dangerous and we have never seen this happen anywhere else.
Too risky to go back again.

Terrible – I ordered a sub from this location and half the contents were on the outside of the sandwich, smeared inside the wrapping paper, and the other half in the sandwich was all lettuce. I really don’t like to give bad reviews, I’ve only given a couple bad reviews in my life, but this is truly terrible. Jimmy John’s app is so bad too. They give you a free bag of chips after ten sandwiches and if you add something to your order and want to remove it, the only way to do so is start the order over. It’s been that way for over a year, they know it’s a hassle to restart the order. If you want Jimmy John’s, skip this place and drive to a different one. Trust me, I’ve ordered over 20 subs from this place, it’s not worth it.
