This is the first time I’ve ordered Jimmy John’s in years and I am incredibly disappointed with what we received. We ordered two sandwiches, the regular tuna and Turkey. Pictured is the tuna sandwich… literally the slightest amount of tuna, it mostly lettuce and just bread. Staff should be ashamed they thought this was acceptable to give out. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. You can’t even call this a sandwich, and for $10?? What a waste.

This jimmy johns I will be back anytime I want it!! The manager KEV was EXCEPTIONALLY warm and welcoming as well as many of the other staff!! They also have a groovy playlist to make someone want to enjoy their food inside! This is right in the middle of corporate execs and daddy’s money kind of neighbors that’s not always pleasant to even walk by but they made up for the snooty area that this location is in. THANK YOU

These guys are the best! Their bread is fire and the sandwiches always hit—better than subway. Today I got the beach club and they were nicely accommodating to customize my sandwich. All the staff are very friendly and super cool. It seems like a fun place to work. Also, it’s a plus that their food safety rating is excellent!

I have never written a review anywhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. The staff at this Jimmy John’s location was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by placing an order. No greeting, no eye contact — just pure attitude.
The sandwich? Sloppy and rushed, like they couldn’t care less. And don’t even get me started on the customer service — when I politely asked about a missing item, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me major attitude instead of just fixing the issue.
Fast service doesn’t mean you get to be fast with your disrespect. I’ll take my appetite (and my money) somewhere that values customers. Jimmy John’s, do better.

I placed this order online and never got it. When I called the store, I was first told I didn’t place an order and they hung up on me. When I called back they said I ordered through a 3rd party, which I didn’t and that they probably couldn’t find my address, though my coworker and I often order our lunch from here and you can see that in my past orders. I was not offered a refund or replacement. The store does not answer when I call back. They are thieves and I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company since they stole from me.

What is happening at this location? I ordered online for a delivery and after over an hour, I didn’t receive any update. So I called the store, got a lady and she was flat out rude and dismissive. She said, ” I have your order, but I don’t know where there’s a delivery driver. And I haven’t even started your order yet.” I asked for the order to be cancelled and she said she didn’t know how to do that and then hung up. Horrible, horrible, horrible. How are they still in business!!

Such a bad experience that I am forced to give a 1 star rating. Apart form the sub optimal food, totally put off by the attitude of the staff. The person taking the order was curt, rude and dismissive. On requesting if the sandwich could be toasted, the response was a curt – “NO”. My first and the last visit here!

This location does not seem to understand the the Jimmy John’s idea of “fast”. Multiple times I’m in there and it’s a 20 minute wait for a sandwich; one time the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to warn me about the wait, which helped me decide not to place my order. Walked in there today and there’s no urgency at all like everyone is walking through molasses. Good luck running a business like this guys!

If all of the Jimmy Johns we have visited on vacation this has got to be the worst. The 8” French bread has hard and not fresh, missing onions. The person who took the order didn’t even enter the unwich that was ordered. The sliced wheat sandwich wasn’t cut in half.
