The staff here are always friendly and polite, service is typically quick, and the music is super loud if that’s something you like. Just don’t plan to have a conversation if dining in the restaurant because you won’t be able to hear what is being said.
Sandwiches are usually pretty fresh. We tried the gyros today, a bit overpriced at $12.50 and were on the small side for that price, also they were missing the cucumber. The seasoning was good, meat was tender, and the pita was fresh.

I called in an order and explained to the young man how I had a headache and wasn’t feeling well.
When I got my food, there was a very sweet message on the outside wrapping of my sandwich.
It just simply said, I hope you feel better with a happy face.
The fact that he wished me well truly warmed my heart
He was smart, proficient, knowledgeable and kind.
I think that is exactly what customer service should be.
I will return because of this type of customer service.

I love getting food here! The staff are so nice and work their butts off for you. I absolutely love their toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Even though I’ve not had much of their other sandwiches I’m sure they taste amazing.

Ok changing my review, where’s the meat and cheese and all the sandwich innards? Meat paper thin hold the cheese sideways otherwise you won’t see it i almost missed it cause I couldn’t taste it. The bread was also hard and crunchy.

We just visited this location with a pick up order from the app. Upon returning home and eating half way through the sandwich we noticed the bread covered in mold. When I called the store to see if they would refund us and make a new one they would either remake it or refund but not both for a $13.00 sandwich. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home and they could not refund me $13.00 for my time, and remake me the same sandwich without mold. I would not recommend this location after this experience. I’d recommend trying the new Jersey Mike’s down the street.

I got the most odd vibe ever from this spot , and they only put 2-3 slices of roast beef in my sandwich(Big John) . I even tipped them . As someone who has been a GM in the past , this place needs some re training .
I would have to say the absolute worst jimmy John’s experience I have ever had , and I visit tons of their locations and this ranks dead last . Do yourself a favor and go to any other spot .
I’m not even angry , just disappointed in this whole experience.

Klamath County Fairgrounds
We are just down the road from Jimmy Johns and they are always accommodating, no matter what the order is!!! A quick meeting or just a lunch for the staff. Food is delivered with a smile and prompt! When we go in to the restaurant, they are smiling, friendly, and quick… even during the peak times at lunch. They remember us and what we order… so there is always friendly banter. Love our Jimmy Johns!!!!
