This location gives jimmy johns a horrible name. I ordered online & was 15 mins away already. Got there waiting another 40 mins to get my order & they weren’t busy at all. Then I get the food finally get home to eat it to come to find out there’s three slices of turkey on it. Thank god I got the salami because that would have not been enough. Still only tastes like bread & lettuce. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location.

I never leave food reviews because I understand how difficult the industry can be and mistakes happen, but this specific Jimmy John’s location has been on a spiraling downhill for the last year at least. What used to be a flawless meal every time has devolved to nonstop issues, missing ingredients, soggy bread. I strongly recommend not eating at this location.

I came through for lunch on September 3rd, Enrique was at the drive-thru checkout when I pulled forward. He had an absolutely amazing personality and was so kind and helpful.

Tried to order a single sandwich at the drive thru. After waiting close to 20 minutes without anyone moving, I walked into the store to inquire about the time and did the first car order a bunch of sandwiches. I was sternly told they were busy, though didn’t see a single sandwich being made. Told to get back in car as nobody else was complaining. I asked about time, didn’t complain and told them several folks had turned around, for which they replied “oh well.” I left and so did 5 other cars. Lot more happened in the interaction with I am assuming a manager. Lost my business. Will be going to a different location or different chain.

Jimmy John’s has some pretty good sandwiches.
We have eaten there several times, and the food quality seems consistent, and the prices are pretty decent. They also have some interesting decorations and culture along with their Jimmy John’s brand. Next time you’re hungry for a good sandwich, give them a shot!
