Normal Jimmy John’s food is solid but nothing spectacular. You’ll get the solid sandwich you expect as a Jimmy fan. Great service was the key take away. The staff was thoughtful friendly and fast. Everything you’d hope they would be!

That was one of the worst JJ sandwiches I have had. Bread hard not fresh and someone chopped up the bitter part of the lettuce in the sandwich. Ya cannot use the bitter part. Week before I had JJ in Grants Pass and that was light-years difference. Soft bread, good flavor.

Very fast and friendly. I’m a huge fan of the number ten. A sandwich called the Hunter. Double roast beef and cheese. The customer service at this particular location is the best I have found so far. The cashier was really nice and saved me a couple bucks by the way I was ordering. That kind of great service alone is why I will be back. Not to mention the delicious food of course. They also have some great decor in the dining room. Very fun, great choice all the way around.

Jimmy John’s has fresh ingredients trained staff and good food if you’re in a hurry. Madeline seemed very helpful. Vegetarian options and nice atmosphere to dine in. This is a great place to go if you don’t mind not going through a drive-thru and coming to the counter still get your food fast but you have to get out of your car. The team at this location does an incredible job. Even when they ran out of French bread after an unexpectedly large dinner rush, they were kind enough to help us select delicious alternatives to our go-to sandwiches. What’s more, they offered us a free side to make up for the inconvenience. The food tasted great and, of course, it was freaky fast. 🙂

We just can’t anymore. We’ve gone here multiple times and it’s always something. The registers aren’t working, the workers ignore you, the workers don’t enforce distancing, the pricing for certain sandwiches, …. When will it end .. I guess never. Maybe a way to snake the line around indoors because people are literally right on you if it’s busy. I really do like certain sandwiches but it’s not worth the headache.
I added pictures of two sandwiches that cost the same price.. my husband ate half of his sandwich (the small one) before I took the picture. It’s supposed to be the cubano. It was the saddest sandwich ever. The pictures were taken back in February.
