I’ve eaten at this location a few times. I’m new to JJs. I’ve never had access to one before so I’ve only known Subway. JJs quality and taste blows Subway out of the water. The bread has a texture that is a little tough to break through with a bite, but the inside is soft and satisfying to chew. It can feel like it takes a moment to get your food, so I don’t think it’s a place to stop by if you are in an absolute hurry. But the sandwiches are delicious nonetheless. Also, consider wearing a sweater or jacket, as sitting in and dinning can get a little cold.

Had to wait while they made online order after online order. 30minutes later, I get my $55 sandwiches and return home to find they incorrectly made every sandwhich and now my kids won’t eat them. I gave you specific toppings they wanted and they put things I didnt even ask for. Such a waste of money

Don’t waste your time if you ever want your food in a timely matter. Order placed at 11:10, 45 minutes later I still don’t have my food even though it has been marked out for delivery for the last 40 minutes… Calling the store only resulted in them saying oh we had a catering order come in after yours.
Then don’t change the status of an order to stay out for delivery if it’s actually not. Now I’ve wasted my entire lunch break $35 on lunch for two people and our breaks are up with no food. This is an absolute joke of a location.

I’m a vegetarian who especially doesn’t eat processed meat. But I love Jimmy Johns veggie sub #6. I’ve been here half a dozen times, and it’s been fast, super cheap and great every single time! Load it up with all the free veggies and it’s extremely filling!

Ordered online for the first time in a while and I normally go to a different JJ. I ordered my usual Vito, but aside from the correct stack of meat, there’s hardly any vegies on this sandwich. like 10 strands of shredded lettuce…. GRAB A HANDFUL PLEASE?!?! my sandwich was missing everything else. Not to mention the BREAD was BURNED!!!

I’m not sure why I keep coming to this location when the one on Cedar Hills is almost as close to me and provides better service. During my most recent visit, I had yet another disappointing experience.
I walked in, noticed a few people standing around waiting, and started to make my way to the counter. Immediately, one of the employees asked, “Are you picking up an online order?” I said no. He replied bluntly, “It’s going to be a long wait.” I stared kind of incredulously, so he said, more gruffly, “Like, a *really* long wait.” I turned around and walked out, followed by another patron who said, “So much for freaky fast!”
I understand that hiring enough staff is both incredibly expensive and difficult in this labor environment. I also understand that perhaps they had an influx of online orders or a large catering order that they had committed to fill. But, he could have politely and professionally informed me of the circumstances and let me make an informed decision about whether or not I wanted to wait. Instead, I left in frustration and disappointment.
