I got screwed out of my free sub a long time ago and stopped really going but then started going again because there’s a new group of people that are really really cool. I picked up sandwiches for a party, twenty to be exact that were then cut in half. The woman (who I believe is also an owner) seemed so angry and belligerent. She had absolutely zero customer service or interpersonal skills as evidenced by the way she interacted with her employees. Even the way she threw wrapped sandwiches to the side just seemed filled with anger. I don’t what her deal is but leave your issues at home and don’t take them out on the sandwiches, or customers.

I’ve tried ordering on weekdays and weekends, lunch and dinner, and everytime this location never has delivery drivers available. They will still take your delivery order through the app, then will then call you and say you can either pick up the order or they can void it. Either staff up, or don’t accept delivery orders.

My daughter probably homemade ham and cheese and there was one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. slices are super thin I won’t ever get another one there’s no taste to the sandwich at all without amount of meat.

I used to go here a couple of times a week, then I heard Jimmy was a big game game hunter and I ain’t down with that so I stopped going. I could taste that bread for like 4 years and my friend said Jimmy isn’t involved with this place anymore, he sold. So I went back and I wish I hadn’t nothing like what I remember. But the good news I’m already over it. Haha

The past two times I ordered online with this Jimmy Johns I always do delivery. 30 minutes to an hour will pass and I still don’t receive my order so I call and the staff will tell me they do not have a driver right now. Why offer delivery if you are not going to fulfill a customer’s order? I am at work waiting for my food, I clearly selected delivery, if the staff knows there is not a driver the least they can do is call the customer to let them know the food is not going to be dropped off. I want a refund immediately.

Ben ordering here for months and now all of a sudden their “delivery” area has changed and they refuse to deliver to me even though I am a huge patron and have been ordering from this SAME jimmy johns for MONTHS. Manager offered NO help and was very pushy. Wish I could give zero stars. What a waste this place has gone to. Trust me. Get jersey mikes.

First off, I walk in and the place is a mess, the employees didn’t even greet me. I stand there for several minutes (i’m the only person in the store) before they act as if i’m interupting their web surfing time. I order a sandwich and tell the dude “no mayo please”… the dude put mayo on my sandwich and must of realized his mistake and scraped off as much as he could thinking I wouldn’t notice! Ya’ll need to clean up your store and learn some customer respect!
