Me& my Wife eat out alot so we thought to try Jimmy John’s. ,I downloaded the app, seen what i thought was a good deal. Small sandwich combo for $11, I even ask the guy if that was the price, he said yes, asked if I wanted cheese, yes of course whats a sandwich with out cheese. Turns out they charged us for the Cheese that we didn’t get! and charged us separately for the drinks $2.99 Ea. A combo usually includes a drink, I feel like they ripped us off. Should of went to Jersey Mike’s $10.99 Combo cheese and drink Included. Be ware!

Sabastian and Gustavo helped me one day, out of many. This day was a little different, because I did not get the option to tip on the keypad and which I always do. Love the lunch box special. My 1st time here. Robert was very helpful he made great suggestions the #12 was delicious. The bread is perfect not to hard to bite, I love how they put the avacado in a spread as apposed to slices.Thankful for the great recommendation from Robert and Eddie prepping our sandwich. Definitely will be back soon.

1st time there. I’m not sure about the place. I can not see what they were adding to my sandwich. I requested no mayo, and they did not seem happy with my request. Bread has a not completely cook taste. It’s very simple, not too much ham in it.

I went into the store and waited in line for about 3 minutes before I was told I couldn’t be inside the store without a mask on, although I stated I had an exemption. I was told I had to wait outside and order online and couldn’t be inside without a mask on.
The stupidity of this, is that I had already been in the store for 3 minutes, there were people eating without masks on inside, and when I picked up my order, I was allowed to be inside, without my mask, for a good minute reading receipts trying to find my order.
The girl at the register was a bit rude and raised her voice at me from across the store, in front of other customers.
Their mask rules make zero sense and the employees are rude and discriminating against their customers. I wish my family wasn’t hangry at the time so I could have left and gone somewhere else and not given money to this disrespectful place.
I generally love Jimmy John’s and they have amazing food but won’t be going back after this experience.
