If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not eat here. The sandwiches have one sorry, slight, piece of meat, barely any lettuce and taste nasty. The prices are ridiculous and will never eat this again. Don’t waste your money!! No wonder people are getting angry with this type of service and non-existent quality!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line for two sandwiches. When I got to the window, I questioned what was taking so long. The employee stated that he had a big order to make for a certain time. I asked the employee how long would be for my order. Employee stated, “I don’t know.” Why didn’t you tell that you had a large order to fulfill before I ordered? No answer. Drove off with no food or apologies. Freaky Fast…..Not!!!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. They were good when they first opened, but now are anything but Freaky Fast, which is what they advertise. Never had to wait so long EVERYTIME we’ve gone for something that doesn’t even need to be cooked! Not only are they slower than nearly every other fast food restaurant in town, they get the order wrong over half the time! Paying that much for just a sandwich, you should be fast and get it right.

I didn’t know what time they opened and accidentally walked in at 10am! (They had the doors unlocked, probably for the employees to get in.) But the manager was super nice and (instead of kicking me out) let me order anyway! I felt super bad for coming in crazy early, but he was quick, friendly and the sammiches were delicious when we ate them at home.
