I ordered 2 giant subs, ultimate Italian and Roast beef. The ultimate Italian was decent but the roast beef was nothing really it was nothing, there was more bread and mayonnaise than roast beef, 1 slice of roast beef and the rest was lettuce, tomatoe slices and plenty of mayonnaise. Please check ur order before leaving and/or watch them make your sub sandwiches, because you are not getting your full dollar amount of ingredients, at least Subway packs their sub sandwiches with protein not just condiments, Big Disappointment.

I ordered a sandwhich chips and a large drink for $15.00. The delivery driver was not the nices and insisted on a tip said that he had to pay the $1.00 dilivery fee to himself now. I got the sandwich and Drink which is just carbination so gross and NO chips. A waste of my $15.00. I called management but he kept interupting me.

Overall i was very pleased with our takeout experience from the sandwich shop. I know they’re a national chain but the crew that we dealt with took care of us very well. I’m far more familiar with other national chain sandwich shops. I like the distinct difference in the chewiness of Jimmy John’s bread. I also appreciate that they sell sandwiches with the fixing set.

Store closes an hour before posted store closure. They even close bathrooms an hour and a half before closing time, see picture. The ladies are very unfriendly and do not say hi, just glare and take the order. Worst Jimmy John in USA. Lazy manager and is the worst of all employees. Picture also shows no one at the counter to help customers. They even told a customer ahead of me to get his own bag behind the counter because the employee was too lazy.

Long story short. I ordered a Giant #14 Bootlegger Club. As you can see from the picture it was an absolute letdown. Next to no meat, lettuce, cheese or mayo. Plus, it was not cut, so I had to tear apart the 18″ sub. Oh, also if you order a delivery to a hotel, they will not bring it to your room. Huge bummer for sure. No More Jimmy Johns in Farmington for me…..

This is a quality restaurant with great food. I had a very pleasant experience but the food was just average. I enjoyed it but it was a little dry, Also the restrooms were closed. But other than that it was great. Clean, EXTREMELY fast, affordable, and fun. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family, just not when you need to use the restroom.

If I could leave a ZERO I would, in two years I’ve only been here twice and both times was very unsatisfying. First time they kept missing up on my sub because the employees were joking around, not paying attention. I wait a year go back and the store was dirty. Third and final time I order a sub online, I was informed by the door dasher that they were out of bread. A sandwich store! I called for a refund the employee said they can’t because it was through DoorDash. I tried getting a refund through DoorDash they said the store made the order so they can’t refund me, even through the store was out of bread and no order was made or delivered. After going back and forth, I finally got my refund from DoorDash.

Ordered a take out at Jimmy Johns in Farmington NM today. Mac helped work me through the order. I ordered the ultimate Italian at another location and wanted a different Italian today. Mac explained the difference and helped me decide on the #8 Italian Club. They prepared it as i asked and everybody was very friendly and provided very fast service. The sandwich was excellent.
