The only thing consistent at JJ is total lack of customer service. I stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. I had stopped going there because I can get a much better sandwich and service at Jersey Mike’s, but I got an email for a cheap sandwich, so I figured why not, maybe they changed. NOPE! Can’t speak to the food quality because I didn’t have time to waste being ignored. Lesson learned. Will never go there again.

Hot Sandwichs are great..cold not so much for the cost..when did a 6″ Sandwich cost 15$ not at all worth the money…thin that just throw you Sandwich on a counter not paper ..not very sanitary. If im going to spend that kind of money. 20$ for a giant that still lacks the band for the buck.

If you want a good sub, this is a good choice. Fast service. Friendly staff. Interesting bathroom decor. Good music. They played Iron Maiden’s, Run to the hills, loved it! Pretty clean place as well.

Ordered a turkey Tom….. Was charged a turkey Tom…… Was handed a sub with 3 slices of turkey in it…… So disappointed my family and I love Jimmy subs. Service was fast and friendly but this was such a let down and very peeved I paid so much for so little
Quick update: just took a bite….. The turkey is sour. Like not being kept at proper holding temps for too long sour.
Before anyone asks what makes me so sure….
I have worked in kitchens and deli’s for almost 20yrs. Deli meats are my specialty.
I need to go back and try to get a refund

The pic is supposed to be a double meat double cheese sub……. paid almost $15 for this……. what a joke
Ok so we tried again…….. ordered 3 subs and 1 combo…… this is all we got someone please explain how these 2 subs plus a med drink was $49.72?!?!

Usually, I have no problems with the employees or the food, even when the wait times are long – I get it. Yet today, when I went for the first time in a little while, I got a #17 on wheat and a regular #12. For whatever reason, the #12 was TINY. The sandwich itself was 1/3 of the size it usually is and for $12??? Really? I will not be going back as long as they increase their prices and skimp the food. The order total was $23 for two small sandwiches…

Sandwiches were very skimpy. Only 3 thin slices of ham, minimal cheese on the Pepe. Only 4 slices of meat on the Country Club. The drive thru wait was very long for 4 people working in there. Wow! We won’t go back!

After 3 visits to this location it will be the last. Sure people make mistakes but not three times in a row. Ordered two sandwiches, one was correct and the second sandwich is not even close to correct. I called the store and spoke with some sort of manager and he didn’t seem too concerned.

If you want your food “freaky fast”, don’t go here. We were stuck in the drive thru for a half an hour waiting for our food. Went inside, saw a couple employees standing around doing nothing.
