Comment on the new Pickle-wich. I normally love Jimmy John’s. The new pickle-wich or pickle sandwich is way over priced for how small it is. Not the most flavorful dill pickle I’ve ever had. Definitely would not recommend this particular item, nor would I order it again.
That being said, I will definitely order from Jimmy John’s again, just different items.

I was extremely disappointed by my visit a couple of days ago. I ordered a customized sandwich on the app, and when I went to pick it up, they had run out of roast beef so I said no big deal, just replace it with turkey. They were also out of turkey, so I asked what my options were and they said the salami and ham. I don’t like ham so I said salami is fine.
I waited in store for 25 minutes. After driving away (I live an hour and a half from Flagstaff), I opened my sandwich to see they gave me a random ham and cheese sandwich with hot peppers? What? I ordered no cheese and I can’t eat hot peppers. I dunno. I called and hopefully will be getting the promised refund in the allotted business days. But now I feel too uncomfortable to go back to one of my favorite sandwich shops. It was too disappointing and uncomfortable of an experience.

Closing time says 12 am online, no hours posted on doors and everything was locked at 10:30… I worked a double today and got off late excited to eat here, but after seeing my the employees hanging with friends and doors locked early, I will never eat here again. They also completely ignored me and had no signage as to why they closed so early.

It is your typical Jimmie John’s. The service was fast and freindly. The food was fresh and tasty. I prefer JJ over Subway, the meat and bread seem higher quailty.

Cashier was great but order maid wrong on 1 sandwich and felt we made a mistake in asking for the missing cheese by big guy making the order. Could of been a manager.

The General Manager Mandie was extremely rude to us. I was having an issue with my delivery order and I was told I entered my information in wrong even though it was a phone order. The person on the phone entered my information. Overall if the store is ran by someone so rude and poor at customer service the whole store should be avoided. There is a Firehouse about 3 or 4 blocks away that is much friendlier and has better food.
