The sub itself was good, and the restaurant was clean, but this Jimmy Johns lacked its signature motto of “Freaky Fast”. The staff lacked urgency, and it seemed as if they weren’t interested in getting everybody serviced in a timely matter.

I had a pretty big order for my team that morning and the staff took care of everything. They were very friendly and even though it was two of them, they took care of all the customers in a timely manner while making my order. My team enjoyed the food as it was very good.

This used to be my go to place to order while at work but the last few times I’ve ordered it’s like they are purposely messing up? I ordered in the app and all my customizations seemed to be the opposite ie ordered light croutons in the chicken Ceasar wrap but received a wrap that was literally all lettuce and croutons ♀️ plus they NEVER have wheat bread. I suspect it’s just one or two consistent late shift workers doing this purposefully tbh…but I mean if you hate your job/patrons that much maybe find a new one??

Update: Of course they never responded to the form I submitted after they replied to this review. They don’t care about customers or the customers experience or food they serve to the customers. There success at having only 3 stars prove this theory. This location should be shut down!
Trash sandwich. Spent almost $20 on what was the worst sandwich I’ve had in my entire 30+ years of living. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered from this location. I mean it’s pretty difficult to mess up a sandwich but when you’re forgetting ingredients and serving spoiled meat I guess it’s not that hard. I have no idea why this location is still operational but I pray that it gets shut down as quick as possible to avoid getting anyone sick.

Worst jimmy johns out there. Took them an hour and 12 minutes when they are 7 min from me. Sandwich was completely flat and they forgot our drinks. The last time we ordered they closed an hour and a half early. Terrible sandwiches terrible service. I seriously don’t know how you can be so bad at making sandwiches. It is not rocket science, you guys have so many reviews on how bad you guys are. Really? Don’t tell me to just “please go share with the owner”.

Rude as employees. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I get yelled at and threatened by the employee for asking how much longer it’s gonna take just because they had a big order. You can take your frustration out on the customers never going back there again.

Ordered a couple subs for delivery. They sent them by Uber…on a bicycle…so it took an hour and 45m. I guess they’ve abandoned freaky fast. Why on earth would you use bicycle delivery in Phoenix? We’re miles away. This isn’t Manhattan.

Fire Hazard
This JJ seemed to be lackluster. The restaurant was dead when I walked in. The staff was friendly enough but didn’t seem to want to be there. The sandwich was ok but seemed to be a little stale. I will probably not be going back to this location.

Went here with my husband for dinner and the older lady employee was so rude to us both. Snapping at us after each sandwich we ordered with a reply with ” is that all”.
The bread was pretty hard and they put onions on my husband’s sandwich which it doesn’t come with it in the first place. He was spitting out most of his sandwich. It was definitely unpleasant.
We will be avoiding this place from now on. Saving a bunch of money as well. It’s very high in their prices and definitely not worth it!

If you like bread and lettuce this is the place. If you like loud outdated music here you go! I’ve never been to a Jimmy’s and been disappointed before. There is meat on about a 1/3 of my sandwich, and it’s not like a ordeBueno. To my house. I was in store! No Bueno guys, no bueno.
