Im always cautious about a place that asks for a tip before providing a service. Does no pre-tip equal a bad sandwich? Yes it does! First I did not tip because I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the employee. Then another person walks in and they helped him first. Good service equals a tip, in that order. The quality of my sandwich, where’s the meat? Like where? $30 for two subs and this what I get? Pft could have gone to subway spent less and got meat on my sandwich. Asking to be tipped for food service before the service and food it’s self is ridiculous, do better Jimmy John’s. (STOP NORMALIZING PRE-TIPPING)

Do not recommend the pesto Bow tie salad, portion for price isn’t worth it and I’m not sure if I got a bad batch the the noodles had a bad taste and texture which has never happened with past orders. Took two bites and couldn’t get past it. However my hunterclub was great toasted! The picture is before I took a bite, so not worth almost $4.

This location has gone steadily downhill over the past year.
Staff is impatient and rude when asked any questions about the menu and in a hurry, even with no other customers in line, to take your order.
Waited more than 20 minutes, only one person ahead with one sandwich, which wouldn’t have been a big deal accept that I get home and ALL of the sandwiches have issues.
Spent more than $50 on mostly bread with missing or sparse ingredients.
The kicker? Remember that rude staff member who was in a hurry to make us order? It was the supervisor of the other workers and they seemed angry / frustrated to even be there.
That was the last time we will be wasting our money at this location.
** Wrote to Jimmy Johns and received an email stating that this is an independently owned location and the information was shared with the owner. No response from anyone who is responsible for the location at the time of this review.

…. I’ve given this place maybe 5 times at this point to prove me wrong, simply because it’s closest to my home…thinking it’ll be better each time. When you’re paying just under $20 for one sandwich meal, this is pretty pathetic and unacceptable. Not only does it show the lack of effort from the employees and their disregard for a customers hard earned money – I was given two pieces of thinly sliced turkey for my entire sandwich. As you can see from the picture, this sandwich is flatter than my stomach (not pictured, but trust me it is). I’m over this location, their lack of customer service, and careless and nonchalant attitude towards customers. Will not be going back. I’ll continue to take my money to Jersey Mike’s. The quality of the ingredients, the customer service, and the cleanliness way exceeds anything this location could ever offer.

I don’t know what is going with this particular spot, but they have been falling off for the last 2 years and it does not seem hopeful that they will recover. I waited 10 minutes for my order to even be taken and there was no one in front of me. Then I waited 30+ minutes for 3 sandwiches and two people who came in after me, got their food before me – they did not order single sandwiches, the one guy had two bags worth of stuff. This makes no sense to me. When they do call me for my sandwiches, they are wrapped like a toddler did it, and the side sauce is not in the bag. I explicitly asked the worker if there was sauce on the sandwich and he lied to my face and said there wasn’t. Gave me a side of oil and vinegar and mayo packs. They don’t deliver outside of a certain area for the very reason of sogginess. I get home and the sandwich has oil and vinegar and mayo on it. It is also entirely and completely missing the meat and cheese. Called back for a refund on the sandwich? Nope. She can’t process anything like that it has to be the owner. She takes my number and says “Doug” will call tomorrow to fix it. Never heard from Doug. I guess I paid to learn a lesson. Will not be going back to this location. Hopefully the franchise will realize what is going on here and step in, they are not holding up to even the basic standards of Jimmy John’s. Ridiculous.

Stay away from Jimmy John’s if you plan on actually getting your food or your order correct! Ordered delivery for my employees driver showed up with a drink and 2 bags of chips no sandwiches and said oh well that’s what they gave me. The phone was a busy signal for over an hour so I ended up having to drive to pick up the delivery I paid for. I wasn’t going to leave a revue until I got back with the bag just to find the order wasn’t even complete and the staff never even put the ordered condiments in the bag!

I want to report that there’s a racist person in this location. In 12/05/2025 at 8:30 PM, I went to pickup an order and there was a young female teen (like 16 years old), since I arrived, she pretended to not understand a single word that I was pronouncing. When I ask her what was the problem, she was still pretending to not understand any word. Terrible attitude, horrible human being, do not go to this location. Manager of this location, if you want to have more details send a message, I will be happy to provide information, as I am regular customer and like JJ, this kind of people should be attending customers.

Awful service by Carolina/Mariana! A clear sign of poor management.

Waited over 15 mins with no one else around as these two took their sweet time… and didn’t even start making our sandwiches until we asked what was going on. Absolutely pathetic.

Stopped in there today at 11:45am to pick up lunch for my family. I ordered four sandwiches and two chips. I took the sandwiches home and opened them. ALL OF THE SANDWICHES WERE MADE INCORRECTLY!!!! One was missing pickles, One was missing lettuce, one was missing spicy peppers, and one was missing tomatoes. We were the only people in the store when we arrived. Apparently it’s extremely difficult to listen and execute the construction of sandwiches. Management is obviously weak at that store. They only had one person working in the store.

This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had trying to place an order. I was the only person in the store, but had to repeat myself multiple times. Then in the middle of it, the guy behind the register ran off to answer the phone even though there were at least 2 other people behind the counter not doing anything. So someone else tried to pick up where the first one left off, and they didn’t repeat it back to me but gave me a total of $27 for 2 simple subs. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking there was no way they got something wrong with how many times I repeated myself. When I got the order I checked the receipt and realized I had been charged for the gargantuan sub, when I had ordered a plain slim with extra toppings. So I took it to the counter and apologized, and asked them to remake it, and was met with rudeness from a totally different person. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain why it was wrong and what I actually needed, and at one point he got extra snarky with “do you want to watch me make the sandwich or what”. So I started from the beginning again, said I just needed a plain slim ham and cheese with light lettuce, pickles onions and yellow mustard. While they were making it the original guy I had talked to, that ran off to get the phone, came up and asked what was wrong. When I told him all I got was “my bad”. No refund of the difference between the totals of what I actually wanted and what I was charged for, no apology, nothing. Then I got the remake and everything written on the receipt was correct, but the actual sub was still wrong, not to mention being uncut. Needless to say, I will not go to this location again. Both our sandwiches were falling apart and soggy with wilted veggies.
