I had the most unbelievable experience here yesterday. I ordered the turkey unwhich for lunch. It came with 3 very thin slices of turkey meat. Luckily, I ordered cheese because the sandwich would’ve basically been a pile of shredded lettuce. I am asking corporate for a refund at the moment. Not to mention, the sandwich came out to a whopping 10.59!! So, get this…it was 3 thin slices of turkey, 2 slices of provolone, and a bunch of shredded lettuce! I will attach the picture so that you can be just as shocked as I was! Shame on you, Jimmy Johns!!

If you are craving a good sub sandwich, you may want to stop here. I’m so happy that I did! The location was close to home, it’s very spacious, and the service and food was excellent. I ordered a Giant “Vito”, cut in half. They wrapped the half sandwiches separately and it worked out perfectly for carry out. I enjoyed it with a cider at a local taproom.

This particular restaurant is consistently among the highest in cleanliness and staffs happy personalities. I almost always order the Turkey Tom. The number one reason for my returning to JJ”s is the sandwich bread. I don’t know where it comes from but I wish I could get it in a store. A big Thanks to the hard working people there!

I’ve been ordering from this JJ’s for a while and it’s usually been pretty spot on. I order the same thing every time: a country club with extra tomato, and a bootlegger club with extra turkey and light lettuce / extra mayo. I’ve always thought the extra turkey was a bit of a rip off as it never seems to be worth an extra 4 bucks or whatever it is, but I order it anyways. Today, they sent me two sandwiches, one was correct – the country club. The other one had provolone on it somehow, and had what looked like 4 slices of meat on the whole sandwich. Almost insultingly, they mislabeled the sandwiches, so I got to have fun trying to figure that one out before I even realized they botched the bootlegger. So I call the store to complain, and a very understanding and patient manager tells me that there’s a new employee that is making some mistakes and she will fix the order and send it out in an hour when the driver is available. An hour passes, and this ends up on my doorstep. Two shreds of lettuce (they take “light” VERY seriously apparently), and two sad tomatoes in a sea of mayonnaise.
I expected, perhaps foolishly, that after explaining to a customer that there are some problems going on and it would be fixed, the manager might have checked the work of the team members to be absolutely sure the sandwich was correct before sending it out again. I apparently expect too much. I want so much to be done with this store. Tell me manager or owner, is this how you operate your business?

We came in to eat before a show, worried that a sit down place might take too long. Before we even stepped away from the counter, they were handing us our sandwiches. That’s not even just freaky fast, that’s crazy. They were very polite. The restaurant was beautifully clean. Still a decent price for a really good sandwich. Enjoyed every bite.

I had never been to a Jimmy John’s, so I figured it was time to check it out. Extremely disappointed. The girl at the register says, what do ya want? I said well, I think something with roast beef. She says ok, a #2; I’m like, what’s a #2? Hang on a sec so I can see what’s on it. She’s like roast beef! OK, can I get some swiss cheese on it, and can I make it hot? Hot peppers? I said no can I get it heated? No, we don’t do that. I said well, ok, and a drink. She slams the cup down and pushes the machine at me to pay. NEXT she says. So I got my drink, and I waited and waited. Finally, she slams what I guess is my order; I take it and go. In my car, I open this thin, flat, cold sandwich with no swiss. I don’t even know how much I paid for this – nothing but a cold, dry hunk. Never again will I feel the need to try that place. Now I need to go buy lunch.

The chain is famous for being fast. That much is true. Though, don’t bother spend the extra on the gargantuan. Unless you need a weaponized sandwich against above average hunger, there is so much going on that you can’t even appreciate the flavors of any of the meats. As a sandwich to enjoy for the flavor, it’s kind of a stupid choice.
