The new toasted sandwich was nothing special. My choice was the 3 cheese, but all it had was cheese and red sauce from a bottle. Really an unnecessary sandwich.

Dropped in during a busy night of running errands and was so glad! I’ve only eaten at Jimmy John’s once or twice before, and not at this location. The store was clean and inviting, with a good setup and flow. The menu is easy to understand, though it is pretty high up on the wall. The staff made eye contact right away and welcomed us in, then waited patiently while we decided what to order. They were very accommodating. The food came out in a timely manner, and tasted great! We ordered a BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch on wheat and a Vito, plus pickle chips and a triple chip cookie. I tried the chicken crunch sandwich on a whim, and it was surprisingly tasty. The wheat bread was fantastic and soft. The cookie was only so-so, but I’m pretty picky about my cookies. Overall, I will definitely go back.

Ordered online tonight at 6:10pm for delivery. Two sandwiches. I thought JJ’s was delivering my food but they subbed it out to uber eats. I didn’t get my food until after 7:30pm. It was picked up at 7:08 and delivered after 7:30 even though I live 4 minutes from the store because the driver decided to deliver two other orders before mine. My toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with delivery. Had I known it was being sent to uber eats I would have ordered from somewhere else. I definitely won’t be ordering JJ’s anytime soon.

I stop at this Jimmy John’s fairly often, and I’ve noticed a recurring issue that really takes away from the customer experience. The employees regularly park in the front-row spots of this busy strip mall — sometimes even rotating vehicles to keep those spaces, which I witnessed today.
It gives off a bit of an entitled vibe, and it’s frustrating to watch customers park farther away while the staff takes the most convenient spaces. Typically, businesses ask employees to park a little farther out so customers can come and go more easily.
I’m not asking for anything major — just hoping management can address this, because it’s a small change that would make a big difference for those of us who stop in regularly.

Shout out to the QC JJ’s. I always order extra tomatoes on my sandwich. I’ll even tell them “as many tomatoes as you can get on the sandwich, I would love that.” Thank you Jimmy John’s, today I felt seen and heard and loved my sandwich.

This location is fantastic. I have ordered delivery quite a few times and it is always delivered quickly and the food is fresh. I usually order for pick up and it is ready by the time I get there. I appreciate that they follow my order as stated. If I ask for less of something or extra of something, they follow that. I always order the Beach Club as an “Unwich” and it is delicious!

On Wednesday I arrived at 7:50 pm the workers said “SORRY WE CLOSED EARLY TODAY” and didn’t serve me, and the store shows they are open until 9:00 pm. That is pretty messed up considering i drove 20 minutes since that is the closest one to me and couldn’t get food. Really bad that a store has posted hours and just closes early when they want to.

Where’s the meat? Where’s the tuna? $24 for an 8″ Tom Turkey combo and a solo Tuna Unwich. $24! Are you kidding me? If you look real hard you’ll spot a dab of tuna on that Unwich. The Tom Turkey wasn’t much better. What a disappointment. Whatever happened to value? We’re done with JJ.
