kudos to this store in the ManagerI visited the store today and found their credit card machine was not working. No payment method was accepted, and the employee at the front kindly explained the issue. He was offering free meals to customers who couldn’t place an order—an outstanding level of service. This truly sets them apart from other businesses that would simply turn you away after waiting 20 minutes in line. Kudos to this store and its manager.

I ordered two sandwiches and both of them looked like that. All we did was ask for the type of sandwich that we wanted with all the free stuff and they doused them with Caesar salad dressing and all the sauces which totally destroyed the whole experience!!!!! Won’t be back

Recommend Turkey Tom and my husband likes hunter’s club. Meat on the turkey sandwich was low, so one star less. But the bread is good. It’s food made quick. I preorder with the app and i just walk in (or drive through) and pick it up. Cashier was nice.

Quick drive through for a few subs. I was impressed with the prices. 6.99 for a regular tuna And a turkey. Appreciate the value for sure! I would say they put a decent amount of meat on but could have maybe used a little more flavor/sauce. Fast service too!

This was my first time eating at Jimmy Johns. It smelled delicious as soon as we walked in. By the time we paid and I was just finished filling up my drink, our sandwiches were ready. Super fast, delicious, and the order was completed as requested. The only downside is the small indoor dining area.

Not sure why you place a mobile order if the staff ignore it until you arrive. I placed a mobile order arrived 15 mins later and they had not even started it. You could tell they don’t look at the screen, my recommendation is to just not offer it moving forward.

Extremely disappointed with tonights order. Paid dang near $10 for one single sandwich to get the tiniest bit of meat (4 slices). We tried this sandwich a few days ago and loved it, ordered the exact same way (minus the “EZ glaze”) but it was double the size, so we placed another order. I understand we ordered near closing time but that doesn’t change the price we pay or the expectation of the item we purchased. This is just lazy and not okay. Consistency is key for success on both sides of the sale.
