In my opinion Jimmy Johns has better subs than subway. The bread is fresh the meats and cheese are good quality. The subs are a little pricey but big and really good. Don’t forget they do deliver.

First, I walked up and was looking at the menu, I had just broken my glasses so I was squinting and trying to read the menu. The register person mocked me by joking about the amount of options. I informed them I was just blind and didn’t have my glasses. I then ordered a number 7. The register person did not tell me they were out of Capricola. I took my sandwich back asking and they informed me they were out. I asked when I ordered why they didn’t tell and they said they actually had a paper sign infront of the register. I didn’t feel like it was good customer service at any point. Starting by being mocked for looking at the menu.

It is SOOOO frustrating that jimmy johns will not put freaking mayo on a plain slim… but will give you mayo packets. My kids want a sandwich with meat cheese and mayo and it’s it’s incredibly inconvenient that I have to open a mayo packet and spread it on their sandwich when we are on the go. I do not understand. PLEASE PLEASE just put the freaking mayo on the sandwich!
