However, the past 2 times I have been to this location, the onions put on my sandwich were inedible and this time my intestines screamed “EVACUATE!”
The porcelain throne but up its own “Out Of Order” sign and hit the showers and took the rest of the day off. I know too much information, but those are the facts.

I was genuinely impressed with the service and speed here. Everyone was extremely happy and helpful and my sandwich was done approximately 1.3 seconds after I finished ordering . I’ll definitely be coming back! Best sandwich place I’ve been too!

I will forever only go to the Pleasant Grove Jimmy John’s. The guy working the drive through was a pure damn delight. Asked me about my day, was super helpful. It really made a gloomy day so much better. Ivan? Ian? Not sure of his name but I’m just so glad he is out there talking to people. I bet there is an entire group of people whose life has been improved, even slightly by that drive through.

Been to many Jimmy John’s and this was one of the better ones. Fast service as always and they saved us the bread guts without issue. Staff friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely nice. Decor was over the top, which was great! I’ve shared pics of some of the funnest wall-hangings.

My favorite place to grab a quick bite, HOWEVER they need to fix their dang drive thru speaker system! Even with my A/C or heat completely shut off, they still can’t hear you and ask you to turn your car off, every single time. Then, even with that you can barely hear them! Been like this for years and they really need to do something about it. I’ve never been anywhere else that has those issues. Besides that, food and service is great. Occasionally they’ll forget the chips so I make it a habit now to check the bag before I leave.

I had a small issue with my Ultimate Ham BLT sandwich but the management took great steps to make sure I was taken care of, so 5 stars for that. I still would prefer that Jimmy John’s carry more than just one type of cheese (Provolone). Cheddar and American would be nice too.

They did not put the bacon on my sandwich that I paid extra for and my regular sized sandwich was on one of the little John loafs instead of the regular one. On top of that I waited in the drive thru longer than I’ve ever waited before. Overall very disappointing compared to my experience at other jimmy johns

First things first. The customer service I got was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and recommended a bomb sandwich! The sandwich was one of the best that I have had at Jimmy John’s with her recommendations and additions. I would definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s location.
