I was disappointed in the boy her took my order. I had to repeat myself many times as he was more interested in other people in the restaurant than taking my order. At the end of my order I asked for my cups when he informed me that I had not said I wanted everything in a combo. I then had to remind him that I did ask for a combo for all of the sandwiches and asked him if he remembered that he asked if I wanted chips or a cookie and I had asked for chips. He then said, “oh yeah!, sorry I don’t charge you for that so I can’t give it but I can charge you for a drink and chips for all of em.” I said no. He was not apologetic, attentive or polite. He is clearly uninterested in the job he is doing and made my experience one of frustration rather than convenience. I’ll need to make a second stop to get chips and a drink. This store has had difficulties for some time now. You can do better with a staff that wants work and do their job. The young man’s name is Carlos. Carlos’s, do better or work somewhere you can and will do better.

The amount of ANYTHING you request can vary. I asked for “extra Jimmy peppers,” the screenshot I’m including is the actual amount of peppers they put in our sandwich, MINUS the peppers I removed before the screenshot was taken. They also put on too much oil and vinegar, but, usually it’s the right amount, and they are really good at this location.

Ordered Jimmy John’s today because the delivery is normally quick and the delivery charge is decent. Today it took over 50 minutes to get my food. When it arrived it felt pretty light. When I checked the sandwich my Kickin Chicken Sandwich had no Chicken.
Now I understand mistakes, they happen, but guest service recovery is key to any mistake. This was handled poorly. When I called to let them know I didn’t have any Chicken on my Chicken sandwich (See picture) I was asked “Are you Sure?” of course I’m sure, if I wasn’t I wouldn’t be calling. They then said they could make another delivery but it would be a long wait. Or they could put my name on a card for the next time I called and I could get a Sandwich.
Not cool, either expedite a new sandwich or refund the entire order and allow me to order the way I want to. I don’t want to have to call in, that is why I order online. Very poor.

3 Stars, Service was ok, my order was incorrect. Asked for extra peppers and ended up with none. Dirty tables and seats, attention to detail.

Now, this! This establishment has got to be the best of the best. They have mastered the art of everything: the food, the hospitality, the swiftness. Never have I experienced malice or discontent from this Jimmy John’s. Sweet tea never neglected, food always comes rapidly as promised. The employees act as classed representatives, always so keen and professional. I may even start calling this location James Jonathan’s since it appears to be kept to such high standards. Not once have I found a stray piece of bath tissue on the floor nor a spot on the mirror in the restroom. I have been frequenting more and more as it proves itself each and every time to focus on improvement and amelioration. Where the other one failed, this one succeeds. Even the tables lack of crumbs: a true accomplishment at a sandwich shop. I am proud to detour to this establishment in order to find sustenance.
The only thing this Jimmy John’s has failed at is dissatisfying me. I am always greeted with a smile and an address every single time I enter, no matter how preoccupied or industrious they are. They could be making over a hundred sandwiches or all Hell could break loose! Still, never have I been ignored. They welcome me as land welcomes a weary sailor returning from his voyage.
