Paid for a “giant Jimmy Cubano combo” and it’s a couple pieces of meat and a couple pieces of cheese. Very disappointing considering I paid $25 for mostly bread. See my pic for how skimpy it was. Frankly, it’s pathetic. Guess they want us to “add extra” to have a fulfilled sandwich for $30-40. Never again!

I placed an order as part of the rewards program for my birthday. And I had ordered it as an unwich with cucumbers and pickles. The employee Josh was mocking the order as he was preparing it. I’m highly upset with the lack of professionalism that he showed. My partner who is deaf went and asked his name since none of them have name tags on. I have worked in food service and I would NEVER mock a customer’s order. Some training in professionalism needs to be done at this store. First bad impression for our first time coming to this location.

My sandwich had actual hair embedded into the cheese. I don’t think it is a staff issue, but more of a matter of where they source their cheese. Disgusting and completely unavoidable. So many companies have been cutting corners since covid.
The one star is not reflective towards the staff they are great, and we’re very helpful, 5 out of 5 for the professional manner in which the manager handled the situation. The franchise owner needs to do better!

Edit: I previously left a review regarding how uncomfortable I was watching how what I assumed was management was treating a teenage employee. Jimmy John’s quickly reached out regarding the situation trying to get details in order to take appropriate action! Terrible customer service. When it comes to waiting I am patient as I have worked in food service. However waiting over 40 minutes for two sandwiches was ridiculous. There were five workers with only two making sandwiches. The lobby was busy so I do not understand why only two of them were making them. Other customers waited but many walked out canceling their orders. No need to continue taking orders if you can’t fulfill them. From my understanding there was an order of 160 sandwiches. I do not know policies but I would think they would have known ahead of time due to that amount of sandwiches. Better management is needed to help this location in order to stay in business.

I love Jimmy Johns….. but their online and delivery here in Heber has really gone down hill recently. Definitely NOT FREAKY FAST. I waited 35 minutes for my delivery last week and over 45 minutes this week. Two consecutive times is enough, I will not use this service again.

Slowwwww. 20 years ago JJ prided itself on handing you your sandwich sometimes before you were even done paying. Now if you see more than one other person in the restaurant be prepared to wait 15 minutes for a dumb sandwich. The slow service isn’t a one-off, it’s every time. This is one of the worst locations

Definitely not Freaky Fast! Waited an hour for 1 sandwich. Staff moved like molasses despite being slammed. We have seen many JJ’s turn orders one after another by being fast and efficient. It’s what they’re known for. Get new employees (or train these ones better) for this location JJ’s!
