When I tell you this sandwich weighed easily over 5 pounds it would be an understatement! The absolute best part was that it did NOT fall apart!!! The photo included was after the sandwich was more than half gone! They also included a cute post it note, saying they did their best, and boy did they succeed !!! Jimmy John’s understood the assignment! 10/10!

Delivery was hot and driver was polite. I am removing 2 stars for QC. I blindly ate 2 slices of pickle before noticing it was kinda gross looking. And they didn’t add my cucumber and yellow mustard to my club. No big whoop. But it turned it into an average lunch instead of hitting the spot.

True to their slogan, this location is Freaky Fast. The greatest sandwich was the BBQ ranch chicken crunch, which was only around for a limited time. I would eat here more often if it became a regular on the menu. The chicken Caesar wrap is great, but not as filling as a sandwich. The best regularly available sandwiches are the Beach Club, Italian Night Club, and Club Lulu. The BBQ chips are fantastic, and the chocolate chip cookie is good if it’s soft. If you like pickles, they also have pickles as a side.
I’ve had varied experiences with this location’s service over the years, but in general, it has been good. There have been a few outlier experiences where an employee was having a bad day and probably needed a Snickers, but that happens to all of us, and it hasn’t deterred me from coming back. Also, they do a good job handling online orders, and it’s easy to walk in and grab your box/bag off the designated shelf.

I had the worst Jimmy John’s experience. I asked for #4 with all of the freebies on it, extra veggies, no onions and the spicy mustard and vinegar. I got hardly any peppers or tomatoes, no mustard, no oil or vinegar and my bread was burnt. I was in a hurry to get to work but I ran back in to get a little container of the oil/vinegar and some mustard. The employee getting the container took probably two minutes to get it and made sure he organized all of the containers and put them away before he handed the container it to me. While I was waiting, the employee at the counter who had taken my complaint, said let me get a manager. I was still waiting for the oil and the manager came out and she told him my complaint and he looked at me and said I’m sorry. He could have offered to replace the sandwich or give me a free one for later. Having him tell me he’s sorry, did not make it right. It was not freaky fast and the bread was burnt and needed to be thrown away, not served. Not happy!

Usually love this location. But I found a long black hair in my sandwich half way through. Almost threw up! They need to use hair nets!

The atmosphere was fair. The volume was good. Playlist was good. Staff was friendly. Pricing was OK. Additions however minimal are expensive. Nothing really bad to say… I got the gargantuan… And it was not that big. So in that sense it was pricey, I easily ate the whole thing in one sitting.
