Placed an order, waited over an hour for delivery from Uber, and the order was never delivered. Really sad that Jimmy John’s has gone so downhill and has resorted to using Uber. I will never be ordering from Jimmy John’s again. So much for “freaky fast delivery” when you don’t even receive your order.

There’s nothing fast about this place anymore. Today my visit was great about nine people ahead of me (literally) all waiting for their food along with one person ahead of me in line waiting to order. I’ve been waiting just to get my order taken for 5 minutes I gave up and walked out. This is becoming a more common trend with this location, and Jimmy John’s is going to way of Jack In The box next door, it takes a millennia to get your food or order. For a company that is known for freaky fast food, I think a comparison to the single worst service restaurant in northern utah, the Jack in the box next to the base is a pretty good bar to hit.
Perhaps they started hiring the fired employees from Popeyes on base, since that remarkably is now able to actually serve food.

Driver showed up with a lit cigarette and a filthy car. If you work at the freeport center do not order delivery from these guys! They dont have their own delivery drivers anymore, they send your order to uber eats. Those drivers cant understand any English and are incapable of following the simplest directions. The drivers get lost every single time and cant understand a word you’re saying when you call them.

Ordered a tuna sub here, which was hilariously devoid of Tuna. Thinking it was a simple mistake, I brought it to one of the employees preparing subs in the pickup window near the kitchen. The employee stated “That’s all I can give you, we are running low and need to ration it”. I asked him why I paid full price, and he told me to talk to the manager, which I did. The manager was friendly enough, and walked back to the kitchen and proceeded to open an industrial-size tub of Tuna, scoop about two teaspoons worth of tuna into a small condiment cup, and hand it to me. He was nice, but I was really just stunned that’s all I would be given after this bizarre fiasco. I was running short on time and had to just eat the thing, but I shall not be returning to a Jimmy John’s anytime soon. Not a good look outside an Air Force base. And before some reputation management person comments a link asking me to fill out a survey in order to contact the owner, how about you do it for me?

Mariellee was very nice and got our order correct! The store was clean. We love the day-old bread loaves! Drive through and dining in are both great!

This Jimmy John’s used to be fantastic at its one job: making people smile. I used to come to this particular one at least two to three times a month. It would abate my hunger and quench my thirst. The sweet tea they brewed was perfectly saccharine and the sandwiches were just delectable. Truly a superlative establishment and a wonderful way to brighten up anyone’s day…
However, it would not always be this way. I’ve seen some of my favorite employees disappear and be replaced by ill-trained members. Cuisine has turned to wretched grub, beverages to a sorry draught. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for roughly 10 minutes on multiple occasions when there was not a single vehicle before nor behind me and also no more than three (3) customers inside of the establishment. Dare I say, 25 minutes at one point! Avoiding it altogether is best practice since they become exhausted and overwhelmed when met with more than six orders at a time. God forbid you get stuck behind a mobile order, as it will take up your entire allotted time for lunch. This very restaurant convinced me to sign up for VIP rewards, and at the time I felt obligated—nay, honored!—to start accruing points to earn free pickles and chips from time to time.
Notwithstanding, I was treated as quite the opposite. I was treated as if I were blacklisted. Exiled! An outsider! Had I signed up to become a “Very Inadmissible Person” instead? Is that what the acronym truly stands for? I understand that there is signage inside that reminds us that if we yearn for a faster made sandwich, we ought to make it ourselves. But, is that not the essence of your organization? An entire meal made in a heartbeat? The slowed pace and lack of diligence irks me. I am maddened. I now seldom visit, like walking through the ruins of the Holy Roman Empire, expecting to see change and order and a return to greatness. Yet, all I see are fallen pillars and headless statues. This Jimmy John’s must reform or they too will suffer ruination.

I have orderd food from here for years. Every now and then. it is just to good to say no sometimes but, I have only ever had 2 situations with them with missing items. Both times they resolved it with ease and re-deliverd the missing items.

I had never been here before. There wasn’t a line but now I understand why. I saw their sandwich in the picture and I thought that it looked pretty good. The thing I got was more like a breadstick with a couple paper thin slices in it. It was a major disappointment. I ended up stopping at the Jimmy John’s in Riverdale because I just wanted to satisfy my curiosity. That sandwich was a little better but nothing even close to what’s represented with their advertisement photographs.

Tried to go 25mins before closing on 12/15/25 and they turned off the drive through lights and lobby lights and hid in the kitchen when I pulled up.

Double charged my card. Long haired guy (Daven) was like “sorry nothing I can do”. Made no effort to overturn the charge. Then, he made a half effort to make my sandwiches. Pretty disappointing food. Gonna report the transaction to my credit card company.
