We waited in an unattended lobby for 15 minutes. Whoever was supposed to be working around 3:45 was just not there. There was someone eating that didn’t look like they worked there, we weren’t sure because they didnt have any obvious uniform on. We left the store and went to the parking lot to call the store to see if anyone was in the back. The person eating got up to answer the phone. No sign, no greeting, and I guess no service

****THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PULLMAN WASHINGTON STORE BUT THEIR WEBSITE WILL NOT LET LET SUBMIT A REVIEW****We ordered two sandwhiches from the store at 12:18pm. We waited til 12:52 when we checked the app and the delivery said “at store”. We live three minutes away so this was unusual. We called and were told the store was short on drivers. We asked if instead we could pick it up and get reimbursed for the delivery fee and drivers tip. The store said they can only give us a credit for the delivery fee not the tip. We picked it up around 1pm. When we got home we saw that one do the customized sandwhiches was missing bacon and not cut in half like it was asked for on the receipt. We paid for bacon and did not get it. This is the second time in 3 months we have had an issue with our order. I understand things are short staff but I wish we had been notified on the app or gotten a call that the order would be delayed instead of us waiting an hour to get a sandwich that was 3 minutes away.

I’ve ate here probably half a dozen times and it’s always been good. The lunch box deal ya’ll offer is a great deal. It was 25 for two of them and if you haven’t tried it, RUN THERE NOW. I think it’s like a dollar maybe two more but you get a fullest bag of chips I have ever received in my 33 years. A big cookie. And for some reason a quarter slice of pickle that 100% has no business being that good. Seriously, they must be the love creation of some Mad Pickle Flavor Scientist who thankfully uses His Powers for Good.

i’m sorry. what kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread every time i’m there. i have tried so hard to be good to jimmy johns. i give it chance after chance, but they always disappoint. this un-wich??? LETTUCE IN A LETTUCE WRAP??? ONE PIECE OF MEAT??? AND TEN WHOLE DOLLARS??? this was my final straw. my friend also got a sandwich with wheat bread. you expect it to be wheat bread in the sub style bread they typically have. no. it was bread slices. like the kind you get in a plastic bag from winco that’s about to expire within the next 2 days. i am now loyal to jersey mikes.

Always delivers to the wrong spot then if I ask for a refund or to actually receive my food they gaslight me it’s as simple as training your drivers on the proper location and refunding items which are services not rendered. That’s basic commerce law if I sign a contract w your store to deliver items to my door if that doesn’t happen I need a refund do not gaslight me like I am the problem it’s bad service you could have saved me the trouble of calling my bank and if I am injured trying to deal with this that is on you I’ve had to go out looking for my items in the snow because they are always sent to the wrong place. Look at the address of it says 1574 Apt 6 do not leave the order there it’s the next building take responsibility

I had a negative review on here for a while since I had several run ins with pretty bad costumer service, but they’ve definitely improved and took care of the issue because my orders have been coming in VERY fast, and they haven’t slipped up my order in a long time which I’m impressed with since a while ago it seemed like every time I ordered they forgot a major part of the order or took it to the wrong door without any sort of notification that the order was even out. Definitely recommend this location now that their customer service has been much much better.

James Jonathan’s is an outstanding source of reliable food. The #4 no tomato, no mayo, add cucumber, add hot pepper, with kickin ranch on the side has surprising replay ability. #12 and #16 hit different as well.

Their salt and vinegar chips are alarmingly tasty.

Short story, The employee named John lied about being the manager. He spoke to me as if I was a stupid child because I asked him to call the driver and confirm that my sandwich was delivered to the correct house. Then he talked to me using baby talk and hung up the phone on me when I asked for a refund.

Long story: I ordered my sandwich online at 11:04 am. I had been notified by the online order tracker that my sandwich was out for delivery at 11:25. Then it showed it was delivered at 11:30 but it was not at my house. I had watched the order tracker hundreds of times before, and in the past when it showed up as delivered, it was in fact delivered. Therefore, I questioned whether it was delivered to the correct house. I waited a while and then 20ish minutes later (11:50), I called and spoke with John, the employee who lied about being a manager. He told me there was no way to check where my sandwich was (until the driver returned) and that they had nothing to do with the online order tracker. When I asked John if he could call the driver to confirm the location of my sandwich, he said in a condescending voice, “you know what, okay, sure… if that’s what you need. You know what, you know what, I will call him right now just for you!” Then put me on hold. When he returned I decided to ask for a refund based on the condescending treatment and John said okay and hung up the phone. I called him back to confirm he was in fact refunding me and when I asked to speak to his manager he said he was the manager. Then I asked his name and he said he was just the shift leader but his name is John and he doesn’t care if I use his name. He did not treat me like a real human. Honestly, it’s very disappointing because their sandwiches weren’t that bad.

The people who work there are generally pretty nice. On several occasions they accept my order online but call to let me know they don’t have a driver or decided to close early. Still out $30 for the next 3-5 business days and no Jimmy John’s. When they can complete the order, it’s what I wanted about 75% of the time. Update: apparently they need 24 hours to put together a combo box. Said they don’t have enough bread to fill a 12 sandwich box.
