I just ordered an Italian sandwhich with no ham, add bacon and mustard. There was so much mustard and mayo on my sandwhich that my bread was completely soggy and mushy. I used napkins to soak up some of the condiments and it still didn’t help. The bacon was extremely soggy and fatty. It was inedible. I spent $23 between sandwich and DoorDash and ended up eating two bites.

You cannot go wrong with Jimmy Johns. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The team here is fast moving and up beat! They’re in and out running deliveries and the sandwich team makes a mean turkey Tom. 10/10 recommend.

Very good food prepared properly! Employees showed particular interest in my pleasant experience in every area. Whether that was by actively cleaning to maintain a proper appearance or providing me with napkins I went looking for. It was a 10/10 experience. I loved Jimmy John’s until recently. Two terrible experiences with the store in Nampa and now with my lunch order from the store on main I would definitely say there are far superior locations.
This issue today with my order was the following. Ordered the beach club and no meat on the sandwich. Sadly they have gone from freaky fast to freaky terrible. There are just way better options with better food and better service.

I called the Broadway store and they said they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have enough bread and I should have called sooner. I work at an assisted living facility and our cook is recovering from surgery, the other cook was on vacation and we had no one to make lunch for our residents, frozen food, etc. I called the Main Street store and they were so willing to help even on short notice. They were super fast, the food was amazing and the employees were outstanding. Our residents loved the food and want to know when we can have Jimmy John’s sandwiches again. Our residents were full and happy. Our staff wasn’t stressed and we all had a fantastic day. Thank you so very much.

Their #7 is really delicious and it’s packed with meat and veggies. The guy helping me out was very quick and kind. I already loved their triple chocolate cookies and now I love everything else! Keep it up Jimmy Johns!

I’ve legit ordered here (I live near the court house) about 45 times and they have got my order wrong 1, yes 1 time and it was very minor. The food is awesome and fresh, never sloppy and the ingredients are fresh. I don’t know what magic they are working but to get my order right virtually everytime is awesome. Italian Night Club is easily the best fast food deli sandwich out there. The bread is a little crisp on the outside, and all soft and chewy on the inside. Tons of meat and cheese. I had to get use to eating these though. Something about how they put the mayo on makes all the meat and cheese want to slide out one side after each bite. You have to pinch one end for every bite to stop the sliding. And be careful, at least for me these are only a once a week or so treat. The sodium level in those preserved meats makes my heart start thumping in my chest. Just checked: 2334mg, 34 mg over your entire daily recommended value.
Also, those freaky fast commercials are not joking. The last sandwich I ordered got here in a little over 7 minutes. I have been in drive through lines longer than that. Crazy.
