Paid $15 for a sandwich. Drove home for 30 minutes just to sit down and find out thy gave me a completely different meal than I ordered. They weren’t willing to meet me to get a new sandwich. Not helpful with the situation.

I eat at Jimmy John’s 3-4 times a month at different locations in the valley. Normally I have good experiences at each of the locations however this location on Caldwell Blvd is special. You are not greeted when you arrive (3 visits), your online order is never at the pick up stand you have to wander over to the counter pickup area where your ignored for as long as your willing to stand there as I learned today. Today I decided to leave a review because I was scolded that I need to let them know I was there to pickup my order. Maybe if someone greeted me at the FC by the entrance it would have not been an issue since I would have said why I was there. Also maybe just ask if someone is waiting at the pickup area don’t put your lack of hospitality on me its your problem. Final thought if you have a place to put online orders after they are completed like the “pre-order pickup” none of this would even be an issue. Bottom line is hospitality at this location is poor and needs improvement as this was not the first visit it is a pattern.

I very rarely review but I have to say I am pretty unsatisfied with the service I received about 30 minutes ago from this shop. I came through the drive up window and ordered a sandwich. I said I’d like it with “no sauce, that means dry, no mayo no mustard or any other sauce that you may put on it.” The guy repeated, “ummm so no mayo, right?” What do I get on the sandwich when I get home, mayo, oozing out of the sides.
It’s not just that I do not like mayo, I’m allergic to it. Soooo, I guess this is $10 in the trash, a total waste of my time and fuel driving over there to buy it and now I get to figure something else out for dinner. I know this isn’t rocket science but come on, listen, punch the order in, read the order and then make the sandwich accordingly. I’m just going to say, these are the people screaming for an increase in pay. The ones who can’t even make a simple sandwich correctly. Not going to be spending my hard earned money at this ship again.

I ordered a unwhich with light dressing how come there’s dressing all over the outside of my sandwich? Not only that I used the app I ordered for myself and a coworker. My coworkers meal was not added, however, the drink that I ordered for her was, my drink was missing so I had to call back to re-order her food, and when we finally sat down to eat, this is what my sandwich looked like I was not very impressed! 20+ dollars for a sandwich I had to eat with a fork… lesson learned

Made the mistake of assuming delivery fee was the driver’s tip fee while ordering with a cold. Delivery guy made sure I knew by throwing my sandwich at the door after stapling the bag dozens of times. Won’t make that mistake again.
(I did end up driving to the Jimmy John’s and giving a coworker there the delivery person’s tip. Got Wendy’s on the drive home and tossed the now questionable sandwich. Hope the delivery person has a better day tomorrow.)

Good food. Mine at least. But I asked for no sauce on a sandwich for a friend 3 separate times very clearly, and they still sauced the sammy. Friend couldn’t eat it cause they’re allergic to mayo. So I had to eat two sammies
