We’ve rarely had good customer service at Jimmy John’s. But we just went to this location for dinner this evening and Tabatha waited on us through the drive thru. She was very polite, patient, and provided great service. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised, as most other locations we’ve felt rushed and as if we were being an inconvenience. So I hope her manager reads the reviews and she’s noticed and praised as she deserves.

I ordered a unwhich with light dressing how come there’s dressing all over the outside of my sandwich? Not only that I used the app I ordered for myself and a coworker. My coworkers meal was not added, however, the drink that I ordered for her was, my drink was missing so I had to call back to re-order her food, and when we finally sat down to eat, this is what my sandwich looked like I was not very impressed! 20+ dollars for a sandwich I had to eat with a fork… lesson learned

I very rarely review but I have to say I am pretty unsatisfied with the service I received about 30 minutes ago from this shop. I came through the drive up window and ordered a sandwich. I said I’d like it with “no sauce, that means dry, no mayo no mustard or any other sauce that you may put on it.” The guy repeated, “ummm so no mayo, right?” What do I get on the sandwich when I get home, mayo, oozing out of the sides.

Made the mistake of assuming delivery fee was the driver’s tip fee while ordering with a cold. Delivery guy made sure I knew by throwing my sandwich at the door after stapling the bag dozens of times. Won’t make that mistake again.

I enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I prefer a sandwich heavy on mayonnaise and veggies, and light on meat (seriously this is what I prefer) and Jimmy John’s delivers this. Plus they have drive thru. My big pet peeve is how the kids working there take your order at the drive thru, its honestly rediculous and follows no clear script or formula. Basically they ask you how you are, wait for a reply, and then give you absolute scilence until you start your order. One kid there repeats the order back to you at every step, usually forgetting the simple order I gave him and having to clarify again. I usually get a giant JJBLT with avo spread and onions, it’s very simple. They are confused by it everytime and ask if I want cheese…no, I do not, it doesn’t come with cheese, so why make an extra point to ask me?? I still eat there because 95% of tye time they get my order right and make a good sandwich. Today they handed me a sandwich with bacon only on one side, cheese (remember I don’t want cheese!!) And the bread was ripped halfway down the loaf, so lettuce was spilling out. I just feel like if I’m paying almost $20 for a sandwich ($17 and some change!!) I’d like it to be made to perfection and I’d like the person taking my order to prompt me to give an order, like literally every other drive thru place does.
