WOW! That may have been the best sandwich I have ever eaten!
Fat Guys Deli has one called the Trevor Melt that is also pretty amazing (as it should be with a name like that), but the hot Ultimate Italian I had the other day was molto bene!!! And make it a meal for another dollar?!? Fahgitabotit!

We called in an order. They took it. We never got confirmation of the order. After waiting way too long we went outside and found our food was delivered just off to the side. No knock on the door or ringing the doorbell. We even tipped 5$ for the order before hand. Service sucks. From now on if we ever do a delivery it will be a tip once delivered to our hands not left off to the side down the driveway.

Don’t bother ordering from this store. I ordered a single sandwich for delivery and after waiting over an hour. I called and was told the driver had it with him but there was 3 other orders with the driver and that its just up to the driver.
I waited another 20 mins, the driver walked in my store (i was at work) he threw it on the counter and walked out. There we not even a “thank you” or a “im sorry” nothing. Just thrown on the counter and left. I called back and complained and thats why I got a “im sorry”. Don’t bother ordering, unless you wanted to be treated like crap and your food to show up an hour and half later.

I had the greatest service I’ve ever had at the JJ’s in Emmett. First, I love Jimmy John’s and go often all over the Treasure Valley. Sandwiches are always good and service is always ok. But the service I recieved at the Emmett store from Triston was absolutely spectacular. I went through the drive-thru at 8:08 pm on Thursday evening. Nothing spectacular about that. But when I ordered and drove up to the window to pick up my food, I was met by a super friendly (not the crawl in your car window friendly) and kind young man. Something about the way he made me feel really welcomed, especially so close to closing time, and how nice he was, made me think about the experience all the way back home. The service was also very fast and because Triston was so nice, I think my sandwich tasted even better than they have before. I live a long way from Emmett, don’t go there very often, and have never been to this Jimmy John’s before. But I would return to this Jimmy John’s again, just to see if Triston would help me. Extremely highly recommended!

I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s and this Jimmy Johns was fantastic. It is very clean, has really nice employees and the food tasted better than usual! The bread was perfect! I had the privilege of meeting the owners and their family. Amazing people! They are very down to earth, full of integrity, and care about their customers. Definitely coming back!!!

Almost every time I order from this location, they mess up SOMETHING. It’s always an excuse, for some reason or another, and today it was the app being finicky. I get these things happen, but it’s happened so many times where my sandwich or drink is messed up that I’m over it. It took well over an hour from when I ordered to get my correct sandwich. I give them 2 stars because at least they will correct their mistakes and bring out the correct item, but it would be nice if for once it could be the first time around.

Came in for a chicken wrap today. Asked for no tomatoes and avacado. I guess the Avacado spread is a bit difficult to put in without tomatoes but the guy at the drive through told me he did his best to make it! I was glad to have my order done correctly and they even gave my puppy a doggy treat. This is one of the best locations in Idaho!

This is my favorite JJ’s in the Treasure Valley! It’s super clean and the staff is top notch. I always see the owners working hard alongside their employees and I think that’s awesome. Thanks for the tasty eats!
