I bought a sandwich here on the evening of 12/28/25 a Vito with no sauce and added mayo. I work graveyard shift, so I didn’t look at the sandwich until my lunch at 2a.m. I was horribly disappointed to see that I had nothing on my sandwich but 2 tomatoes and a few strands of lettuce and onion. Mind you,we were the only people in the drive thru *it was around 830 p.m.* and there were no customers in store either. With that being said, it took about 10 min to make my sandwich. I don’t know exactly what they were doing in there, but they certainly weren’t making my sandwich that for sure! Thank you Jimmy John’s making me starve at work! This location is constantly messing up orders and I’ve given them chance after chance, but im done! I will no longer ever go to this Jimmy Johns again! Do better! This place is a complete embarrassment!

Not Freaky Fast. In town, needed a quick lunch, so I ordered ahead. Still took maybe 15-20 mins to get the sandwich. Crew did not get the chips on my order and was confused when I asked about it. Food was up to the Jimmy John’s standard, just slow.

We went to jimmy johns tonight for dinner and we go through the drive thru and order a #7 and 2 chicken bacon ranch extra bacon extra ranch and we pull up to the window and they only gave us the #7 and one chicken bacon ranch we go back through the drive thru to get the 3rd sandwich and when we got home they put add kicken ranch and not extra ranch on both. We had to go back and get them redone. They constantly mess up our order each time we go. The assistant manager shaun is really nice and he tries his best to fix orders,but it is the person who is taking the order that messes up and we are so done never coming back!

Ordered it at 6:10. Where i wanted it delivered to was 5 minutes away. I know they have delivery drivers but they tried using Uber eats to get it delivered to me instead and they kept dropping the delivery. So I had to leave work to pick it up. Super annoyed and super disappointed In the service. Because I got my sandwiches AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT.

We ordered food at 5:06 pm through Jimmy John’s app and didn’t get our food until 6:09 pm. They are 1.4 miles from our house. They did not send one of their own drivers they used Uber. They should no longer call themselves “Freaky fast”. We will not be ordering Jimmy John’s delivery anymore.

Whenever I order delivery from Jimmy John’s I do so with 1/2 hr before I expect to eat. It should not take an hour from the time I put my order in to the time I actually get my food. Especially when the delivery happens after my scheduled time to eat lunch.

Edit and update. This is replacing the last incorrect sandwich. Again it was made incorrect. I have terrible luck with this place. I didn’t ask for anything to replace it this time. I’m not coming back. They are incapable of reading the order and making in correctly

Usually very good. Always get the cubano. This time the bacon was horrible. They said that’s how it’s supposed to look, they did give be a credit after I called. Not super happy didn’t finish my food after seeing the bacon. Not to mention it tasted terrible

$10 for this is insane, the meat portion is absurdly small. Go across the street to firehouse subs, their bread isn’t as delicious but they at least give you more meat.

I love jimmy johns, but this location consistently messes up orders, without fail I end up with at least one item messed up. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches and ended up with someone else’s wraps instead. They were too spicy for my girlfriend, and we live on the other side of town. So we’ll be picking up a second lunch because the staff here can’t ever seem to handle a standard order. I won’t be ordering here going forward, this is the 3rd time in recent weeks.
