Our order was made incorrectly despite a clear request for no bacon on a chicken sandwich. When we calmly asked for the mistake to be corrected, the situation escalated unnecessarily and staff chose to call the police instead of resolving a simple order issue. This response was completely disproportionate and upsetting. Basic customer service and de-escalation could have handled this situation easily.

Took an hour before my order was delivered. I called and spoke to the Manger who reimbursed me without any of my information? I still show no reimbursement at all. She laughed over the phone and was rude, and said she would keep my name and number. Keep it, I will never use your establishment again. I want reimbursed!

So sad…relied on reputation of national brand recognition. Received minis instead of regular size, found avocado spread between provolone in the amount less than you’d thinly butter your toast, and wasn’t cut. Not cutting would be fine if the two other issues weren’t an issue. The whole point of this sandwich is the avocado spread! You did not measure up.

I don’t understand why this one is so different from the one by Walmart. The meat is cut different (thicker), they didnt ask what veggies I wanted on my sandwich didn’t cut it in half. Im just confused I thought I was going to the same place. Lol Food was OK. Staff was nice bit not super helpful.

Really good sandwiches. They have never messed up an order for us. Also, the staff is always super friendly and are relatively fast, even when they are super busy. You can never go wrong with pickles or day old breads too to take home. Definitely recommend this Jimmy Johns.

Order my sandwich online took me 3 times to get it to go through. Then it took 50 minutes for me to even get my lunch. I understand it was noon but that wasted my entire lunch hour And they charged me at $4.50 delivery fee. Nothing “freaky fast” . Will definitely not be ordering delivery from there again

Excellence Sandwiches were great! I made a mistake thinking my food was wrong but it in fact came as ordered. Forgot to look at both sides of the bread before complaining. Just had so many fast food screw ups traveling. The ladies fixed it anyways without making me feel dumber than dumber
