Freaky fast my foot!!!! 32 minutes in “out for delivery”. Hubby called at 45 minutes and was told she had a couple deliveries with her. 56 minutes to get here! When she got here I said “we’re not very far away, how come it took so long?” She got snotty and said “I had 6 deliveries” I nodded and said thanks and she got back in her car and peeled out of my driveway!! My wrap wasn’t even full, and it had old crumbly dried out chicken in it! This was the 3rd time it has taken longer that 45 minutes to get my food. And I’m only 2 minutes away (if there’s a lot of traffic!) Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I used to order from JJ’s at least once a week, and even ordered all my employees (35) lunch once a week during COVID-19. But the last year has been awful service and sub par food.

Great sandwiches! I always order mine without certain ingredients and I’ve never had a problem and they’ve never gotten it wrong. They are always very fast whether it’s in the store or getting it delivered. However, I always check the cut sandwich in half box and 98% of the time they don’t cut it in half.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. And don’t let the bad reviews about some deliveries cause you to miss out on an amazing sandwich. Got the Italian nightclub and will never get subway again after eating here no toasting needed and don’t need a million bread selections. Simple is better.
