Stopped in for dinner pick up to go. We were greeted when we came in and employees were friendly. Ordered 4 sandwiches, all of which were made correctly and the modifications were followed. All the sandwiches were made quick and freaky fast and everyone was happy. The only complaint is the water from the fountain machine tastes a little off.

I haven’t ordered at Jimmy Johns in years due to many issues with delivery taking literal hours. My son wanted Jimmy Johns today and so I decided we would try again. This was a big mistake. I ordered at about 1:30 pm and at 2:30pm I saw the tracker said delivered. The food was no where to be found. I called the store and the girl said she had delivered it at the front door (contactless as requested.) We had the front door open since the delivery was taking a long time and no one ever came. We also have doorbell cameras, and there was never a delivery at my address. They said they would remake the food and deliver again. I said I would be waiting at the door, with the door open. I called again 25 minutes later for an ETA and the same girl said they had gotten more orders but that it would be maybe 15 minutes. When you have an unhappy customer, I would think you would try to prioritize their order. I am very unhappy, we will not be giving any Jimmy Johns another chance after this lack of service and customer service. Go literally anywhere else.

Brought in some adults with disabilities for lunch, every single person behind the counter was rude and disrespectful toward them! When asked simple questions about anything they had a snotty response! We understood with a large group it would take a minute and all of them were calm but the staff kept being rude about us standing around because there wasn’t enough seating. They should be polite towards adult with disabilities and allow the person there help them instead of interrupting when talking with them. They order slower when ordering so they should have allowed them to order at their own pace! Just rude and ignorant! Definitely won’t be bringing them back again!

ordered food online. they messed up my drink, it’s definitely diet and that’s not what I ordered. they didn’t give us the mayo packets for my husband and my sandwich didnt have the extra mayo we paid for. we didn’t get a cookie we paid for. I called them not even 30 seconds after the driver left and was told the driver had left for the day and they wouldn’t have another one for 5 hours. but in 5 hours they could bring me all the things they messed up. The food is delicious and the lady seemed genuinely sorry and nice so this didn’t feel like an employee issue. mistakes are too be expected, but it’s how they don’t seem to ever have enough staff or well trained staff to fix those small mistakes that are bound to happen. I haven’t had a good experience with Jimmy John’s in over a year. yall have some serious improvement on how you’re managing your stores.

I don’t order JJ alot but….everytime I do. My order is ALWAYS MESSED UP! Can we not read the order. I add bacon to my sandwich….never get bacon on it. I say no tomatoes… guess what I always get tomatoes on it. Plus it takes 1hr and 30 min to get it delivered.

I received a gift card for $30 as a gift so I wanted to use it for lunch. The employees and managers really struggled to apply the gift card. After 20+ minutes, they said it worked and gave me the card with a receipt saying there was $8.56 left on it. I only got two basic sandwiches, but it had been such an issue I just left. I tried to use the remaining balance on the card again today hoping it would be a different experience, but unfortunately it was the same issue. Absolute struggle and a very long wait only for them to tell me there was only .97 on the card. I don’t understand how this is possible. I even showed them the receipt they gave me the time before with the remaining balance on it, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So $30 got me two sandwiches and wasted almost 45 minutes of my time. I don’t understand why they sell gift cards if they don’t work and they won’t honor them.

What happened to freaky fast delivery? This is now the 3rd time I’ve called in a delivery order only to be told there is no driver. Only this time I waited over an hour, called back to the store, only to find out they cancelled my order cause there was no driver. What a joke.

0 stars!!! Asked for no tomatoes because I am allergic…and they put tomatoes on my sandwich. Meat wasn’t even in the sandwiches, ended up not eating them because we were afraid they spat in our food because they were so stand offish and rude. Reporting to the health department.

Jimmy John’s use to be freaky fast. It is now freaky SLOW. Not just this location. However this location was really bad. Don’t use this location unless you can give them half your life waiting. Loose the shirts, the slogan no longer is true!!!!!!!!
Sitting in my car waiting for a sandwich for 1 hr. I can’t leave, I can’t get my food, and I’ve wasted a good portion of my gas tank. I thought they may be under staffed but when we got to the window 2 people were working while everyone else was just standing around doing nothing. I counted 6 people, not sure what was happening but it wasn’t going well.
The parking lot is a joke. No where to park. Can’t turn around to escape. It’s horrible.
Why did Pocatello okay this business site? I can count 3 cars ahead of me. 4 cars behind me. 5 near misses with people trying to leave.
