I got a giant sub with roast beef. The roast beef was completely inedible. There was so much fat and gristle I couldn’t even bite through it. I ordered through the drive thru, so I didn’t see them making it with the low quality meat. I spent over $30 for this and other items. I can’t even begin to understand the thought process of the person making the food who knowingly uses such bad quality ingredients and thinks it’s just fine.

Unhappy with how “freaky fast” they are NOT! I placed my order at 11:21am. Call the the store at 12:10 asking where it is, to be told it was out for delivery with 5 other orders. My food showed up at 12:36pm. Over an hour from ordering it and almost an hour once it went our for delivery.

The store says they offer delivery … they don’t. The manager called before I even got my food to say, “We don’t have an ingredient you requested extra of. I just didn’t want you to think we made the sandwich wrong.” The manager did not offer anything as a replacement or ask if they could make it up to us. We ordered 4 sandwiches and requested mayo packets, mustard packets, and napkins with all 4 of them – we received 0 packets and 0 napkins. None of the sandwiches were cut as requested, etc, etc. I am less than impressed.
