Pre-ordered 5 sandwiches before opening for 11:45 pickup time. Arrived early, they were working on order. They finished at a few minutes late (no big deal) As the guy grabbed the bag, he took it to the back of the store as I stared at him! I walked to the back and the manager asked my name, confirmed the order was mine, then went to make sure the employee announced a name before sticking on shelf in the future. Food was excellent as always. Very clean on customer side inside store too.

Very friendly and courteous staff…tbh, not used to getting this kind of service in Casper (has been awhile). Food was great as well, nice atmosphere for a chain like this. I knew they had a Jimmy John’s in Casper, but hadn’t been to it. I like this location better than the one in Cheyenne. Will be back. They had a vegetarian option.

Poorly managed, unclean and the staff are childish and disrespectful.
Might be my worst lunch experience ever. Walked in and was informed they they’re out of bread. It’s a sandwich shop! Okay I’ll have an unwich, I guess… Went to use the bathroom while they were making my food and an employee came out who didn’t flush the toilet and clearly didn’t wash his hands. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy and the garbage was overflowing. Looked around for a table and EVERY table was dirty. Ate my food while the entire staff goofed off and shouted “Bro!”. “Dude!” etc. randomly at each other. Walked out and an employee yelled “Have a Good Day”, but as if he was imitating Homer Simpson! Please don’t spend your money here….

Freaky fast, more like freaky slow. Been waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes and still dont have our food. Only one car in front of me who has also been waiting just as long. Pathetic service. Freaky slow

Worst service ever from a JJ. Sat in drive through waiting to order for 10 minutes, pickup behind me left, car in front picked up order, i was still waiting. Gave up, parked went inside to order. I told guy at counter about drive through, no apology just asked what i wanted to order. I ordered, then it was his idea to ask if I wanted to add this or that to add to my order. Obvious he was messing with me. While waiting he was smirking and joking with people making the sandwiches. Waited several more minutes, then told me they ran out of bacon. Eventually got the sandwiches and guy said sorry we ran out of bacon man. Looked like a prison crew working there. Will NEVER go there again and hope we don’t get sick.

We love Jimmy John’s and have been to plenty of stores from Washington State to South Carolina, and this store is routinely the worst we’ve ever had. We almost always have mistakes on our orders and it is NEVER “freaky fast.” As an example, today we were in line for 31 minutes in the drive through. My sandwich had two ingredients on it which were ordered without. Staff remade the sandwich upon request but the new sandwich had no mayo (as requested), no cheese (supposed to come standard), and no pickles (as ordered). It was just meat and lettuce. Management needs to work with their staff on a few things.

An absolute pleasure to come to this store! The morning crew always come through for me. I didn’t get names today but my sandwich was made absolutely like I wanted it, the young man with the gouges was very pleasing to talk to and the gentleman with the beard helped me with the menu and any questions thay I had about it. Absolutely love this location and the morning crew that always helps me out! Can’t wait to come in again!
