I didn’t go into the store I placed a delivery order through door dash. Everything was good until I received my order there was items missing that was ordered. I called them to let them know and they told me to come get it . I placed an order for delivery if I could pick it up I wouldn’t ask for delivery. I asked for a refund they did not help. Made it through door dash I understand however it’s not door dash that messed up the order it was Jimmy John’s . Star the manager would not talk to me directly she spoke to a guy who relayed it to the lady who answered the phone . Horrible customer service. Not happy with this store at all .

I ordered a sandwich at 1pm. I’m currently typing this passed 3pm without my sandwich. Who has a place that offers delivery if you’re going to use uber. I order asap and it’s been over two hours. Ridiculous!

I hope this trash place goes out of business. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. Never showed up after 2 hours. Called the store and was told they gave the order to door dash and someone may come pick it up. This owner failed at Baskin Robin’s and they are failing at Jimmy John’s.

I can not imagine anyone being a regular here. My first time here was a lousy experience all around. I chalked up to them maybe having a bad day. Giving them a second chance was a BAD IDEA and EVERYTHING about that experience will lead me to NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. Something is wrong here. Ownership and management should be held accountable. Look at your reviews and tell me you’re not screwing your customers on the daily. THANKS FOR NOTHING

They take forever. Have made 3 orders with this location using the app. Every time it has taken over an hour to get my sandwich. 3rd time, it was an 1 hour and 20 minutes before I called and just canceled my order. They told me to come in and get my order. LOL. Crazy. I’m done with the Rifle JJ.

I should’ve read the reviews before stopping here. Jimmy John’s is an amazing franchise, but not here. We frequent Jimmy John’s often, but will never eat at this location again. Unfriendly staff, got our order totally wrong, the place was a mess. Definitely not representative of a great franchise location.

If I could give this particular sandwich shop in Rifle,CO zero I would. Everyone was hiding in the back when I arrived. One lady came out on the Dunkin side and didn’t even acknowledge I was there or call out to the back. I patiently waited for a few minutes but got fed up when I was intentionally ignored and left. It says on the door that this particular shop is veteran owned, which I like to support fellow vets but after that experience I’ll make the drive to Glenwood or Grand Junction where I get far better service!

30 min and still no order, what happened to freaky fast? Besides it cost $32 for one large sandwich, at least have decent customer service. Called to cancel because at this point it’s going to be an hour before we get the order. No answer, I called 3 times. Finally on the 4th call I get an answer she said, oh the order just printed out, we will start it and you can come pick it up.
I don’t want to pick it up, it was places as delivery.

This was the so called manager, Astra I was talking to. I said cancel the order and just refund me, she said she will see what she can do. She needs to not have a job in customer service

Woof, slowest Jimmy John’s we have ever event to. I wouldn’t review for this except that we go to JJ for the consistently fast service .. hoping they figure it out!
