We love Jimmy John’s in Fruita! Especially when Alex is working. He is so helpful when we place our order asking great questions to make sure we don’t forget to add extra toppings or cheese. He is super kind and thoughtful. Everyone does an amazing job making sandwiches quickly! Last time I was in they had some great electronic type music playing and it was super busy it was a fun vibe! Everyone seemed happy and got their orders quickly!

Well from the reviews I’ve read, the Fruita Jimmy John’s just plain sucks anymore….. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location and it has taken 40-45 minutes to get two sandwiches. Freaky Fast is false advertisement and that slogan needs changed. It would be faster to just go to the store and make your own sandwich. We will not be patronizing this establishment again.

If you are expecting a reasonable delivery time for your meal, do not order from this restaurant. My husband and I have tried the delivery service four different times and each time we are disappointed and frustrated. Today was the final straw. We used the app to put in an order for two sandwiches, two bags of chips and two drinks. The order was placed and paid for at 12:36pm. At 1:26pm, I called the store to find out why it had been almost an hour with no food delivered. I was told by Connor that they are “slammed” and the food had been made but would be for “at least” another 20-30min before someone would leave the store to make the 1.3mi drive to our house. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. This has happened multiple other times at various times and days of the week. There is obviously a serious lack of management in that store as they are typically extremely disorganized. And they are definitely not “freaky fast”.

Placed an order from the Fruita location today for 2 sandwiches with extra provolone. Got home and neither sandwich had extra. To top it off the cheese they did put on them was paper thin. At $2.20 extra for extra cheese this was a serious rip off. When Ily is there I always get what I pay for. I feel like for getting ripped out of $4.40 y’all owe me a free sandwich made correctly.

A little embarrassed to admit – I eat the great sandwiches from JJ’s at least once a week. Whether I’m ordering for the crew at work or home, the food is tasty and the delivery is…unusually? Surprisingly?…er, FREAKY fast! Grateful their our local JJ’s!

Went in to pick up an online order. Waited 15 minutes while watching the cashier, I belive his name was Jayden, have three of his buddies come in and order and he put their tickets ahead of everyone else’s when there was already about 10 tickets at the counter waiting to be made. I finally got fed up and left and canceled my order through the app. I definitely will not be back if this is how the business in run.

Ordered my sandwich at 6:39 pm, they called said they had to make more bread, 40 minutes later I called asking where my food was, was told she just left the store. 20 minutes later I called back, was told she didn’t know how long till I would get. I asked fir the Corporate #, she said shedidnt have one. I FINALLY received my order at 8:06pm
