This was my 1st time back in 7 years! I ordered online, so that it’d be ready when I got there. When I got there, he said the recite was just printing. While I waited in an empty store for 15 minutes for 1 sandwich, they were talking about how they had to cut hours due to no business and how they only sold 16 sandwiches today. Might this be why. Jimmy John’s might not be the right fit for Canon City. Tasted good though. Why do you have a sign on the wall by the beverage station that says “no spitting,” is that really an issue?

What a let down. Worst Jimmy John’s I have been to in 4 states. Could barely understand the guy on the microphone because the way he was speaking, later realized it was like a joke he was doing. “Freaky Fast!!!” How about Freaky Slow. Never had such slow service. When I got to the window I asked if I could add a pickle quartered. He looked at me like I had four heads for about 5 seconds and then asked someone else. Then came back and asked me if I wanted it whole or halved. I said quartered. We then waited about 5 minutes on our food after waiting 10 minutes in line.
Get home and the lettuce is so brown and gross. Oh and he made sure to tell me that it would be $2.50 for bacon and then they left it off.
Worst experience I have ever had at a JJ. Won’t be back to this one. Like it’s run by a bunch of 12 year olds. No offense to 12 year olds.

Door dash guy was awesome, but they made my sandwich wrong and then told me I could bring it back so they could fix it…even though I got it delivered at my work… ♀️Put me on hold twice before I finally got ahold of someone.

Freaky slow subs. Computer system was down, so our order took 20 minutes before we could pay. Staff didn’t make our sandwiches while we were waiting for the computer to restart. Manager came out and complained about our order because of the modifications we asked for (nothing crazy, and we’ve never had an issue at the dozens of other JJ’s we’ve been to), and there was literally nobody else in the store. To top it all off, the sandwiches weren’t good. Our order wasn’t prepared correctly, the proportions were off, the lettuce wasn’t sliced… not a good JJ’s at all.

Bathroom had sewer water running out under the door. The computer or worker didn’t work to except rewards. Some reason they can’t toast a roast beef sandwich but the worst part was it took 20 minutes to get our order. Freaky slow lol. And the restaurant was pretty dirty.

Gluten Free: most ingredients are naturally GF and you can make any sandwich an unwich (lettuce wrap) but things are cross contaminated. Nothing is wiped down between.

Supposed to be freaky fast but this location hasn’t been fast nor provided quality service for nearly a year.
I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes on average the last few trips, with only 3 sandwiches on average before mine. That’s insane for this particular business.
Service sucked, the one girl played with her phone before reluctantly, finally, after 5 minutes of waiting, to take my order. took way too long for a simple sandwich 4th on the list with literally one other of 3 sandwiches before mine
