I ordered a #9. With pickles NO onions.oil vinegar or basil. Receipt even says no sauce. I consider Mayo a sauce and guess what was on the sandwich. Mayo. Doesn’t state that Mayo is one of the items on the sandwich so I didn’t think I needed to say NO MAYO. IF I order one of the larger sandwiches and can’t eat it all at once, I can’t put it in the fridge and eat it layer because the Mayo makes the bread soggy.

This is probably the worst Jimmy John’s in the entire United States. They are slow as can be, and hardly ever get an order correct. We have continued to order occasionally because they are conveniently located, but after our last experience we won’t be back. We picked up our order in the drive thru and the girl making our sandwiches had on a bunch of bracelets that had strings with beads hanging down. We watched as her bracelets touched the different containers of food, the food on our sandwiches, the counter, drive thru window, etc. The manager was there and didn’t seem to notice or care. If something that unsanitary is happening in front of us, I can only imagine what goes on that you don’t see.

Ordered thru app for DELIVERY. After waiting almost 30 minutes, we find out our order got changed to pick up- never notified us! Husband goes to pick up- lobby closed so goes through drive up. Kid working doesn’t listen to anything my husband tells him. He’s too busy complaining about how ” slammed” they’ve been! Seems like every time we irder, something gets screwed up!

Ordering through the app is very convenient for me. After ten minutes of placing the order, I walk in with my sandwiches either made or just being wrapped. The employees are always working hard and always polite. I love the sandwiches! I have just under ten orders of experience with the Jimmy John’s in PW…so far, so good.

Left at the window for 10 minutes only to go inside to be told they were slicing my meat. No big deal except I waited another 6 minutes to get my sandwich after that THEN they forgot my chips. At least let me know next time.

Planned to bring lunch to my co-workers on 12/13/2022, so no one brought their lunch, ordered the 18 count box. Sandwiches were squashed in to the mini box, all were the size of hockey pucks, bread was so smashed it was very tough. Truly these sandwiches were awful. I saved 2 of the sandwiches and the box, took it to the store the following day, was promised a refund…. today is 12/22/2022 no refund.
