Remove them from DoorDash if 80% of the time they can’t deliver and tell you to pick it up instead. Also their hours are wrong. Some weekends they’re closed and sometimes they’re open. Also their staff sucks, most of the time won’t even greet you back

So this is for the location next to Firestone. I’ve always enjoyed the food, and when able to interact with staff it’s always been pretty good. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not but on multiple occasions the past few months I’ve shown up either in drive through or walking in and been told there out of bread, or just plane closed. This happens sometimes as early as 7pm and hours are till 10pm. Other times I’m told it’s delivery only, which is confusing in its self. I could only assume if this business was being run off post these would not be the case. Just seems to be happening more recently.

This place is consistently EXTREMELY SLOW. It shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes per customer to make a sandwich when that is your Business! How can they even make enough money to stay open? I saw 3 people in the drive through ahead of me and thought I could get through the line in less than half an hour. I was wrong.

Sweet tea is soured by afternoon. Waited longer than 45 minutes for them to travel a few blocks. They forget items on my order. They don’t pay attention to a customized order and never seem to get it right. This establishment needs a management and staff adjustment. I have tried this place a few times because of the convenience but am seriously considering not going back.
