I entered the store later in the evening, about 30 min before closing. The staff had the store very clean for closing, but welcomed me in & very cheerfully served me. The store was immaculate! This particular location has loads of seating for all sized parties from individuals to families. The staff was kind, fun, and enthusiastic. I’m definitely returning to that particular location for my sandwiches even though I live across town! Speaking of the food, I suppose I should mention that too: The food was as expected: fantastic! Jimmy John’s really seems to have the lettuce rap down. As I’ve said before, I eat Paleo & it’s so nice to find a place you can order what you need without sounding like a pain in the posterior! The sandwich was very tasty & when I mentioned that I would be taking the 2nd one to work the next day, the staff wrapped them separately for me!

Their sandwich and wraps were good, but they forgot pickles for both sandwiches, which was very disappointing, but the pasta salad was pretty good. Terrible service by manager. Worker was terrified. Mustard on EVERY sandwich, on the outside. This is the “extra” bacon. Missing cheese, bacon and pickles. I’d give 0 star if I could. Half dine in, half dine at home.

I am a regular JJ shopper, it’s an easy and delicious option. But honestly I hate the fact that I had to move from up north to the Cheyenne location because of the experience I have. The older woman who is usually working I’m not sure of her name, but she has long hair is incredibly rude. Every time I see her as I approached the building I have to brace myself for a painful interaction. Not only is she rude and off-putting but it’s very difficult to give her instruction because she’s too focused on getting me out of the store. Everyone else is wonderful, but she’s a real pill. I’ve worked in food service for 17 years and know it’s a thankless job, but I also give 100% while I’m at work, I don’t expect 5 stars, just to be able to place my order and leave without a headache. Looking at the MANY other comments, this is a trend and her name is Denise. It’s disappointing that JJ has done nothing about this as of yet.

Ordered 2 sandwiches to take up in the mountains. Asked for 2 waters, lids didn’t fit water cups, so I asked for regular cups with lids because we were going on bumpy roads and didn’t want water spilling all over. Guy at counter said no. I said what? He says he’d have to charge me. I couldn’t believe it. He wouldn’t give me cups with lids for our waters to go.

Awful service! I thought maybe when I went in a few weeks ago that they were just having a bad day….nope….it must be everyday. Two people working. Woman taking order basically snarled as she took the order and was very unfriendly. Older woman making sandwiches literally thrust the bag with our sandwiches at me and said “here!”. Wow! They do not like their jobs. This store does NOT have good customer service and it shows through in the quality of its sandwiches. Do not recommend whatsoever!

Ordered a delivery from this location for the first and last time. Any other location of JJ I’ve been too has been pleasant, and without problems for the most part. The occasional order mess up isn’t big deal as long as they’re willing to work with you to correct it. I’ve had other locations offer to re-deliver the correct food if it was wrong or offer some credit for the next order. This location made a roast beef sandwich instead of a BLT. And when contacted for assistance in correction of the messed up order, only gave attitude and made no effort whatsoever to ensure a returning customer. Can’t eat beef, can’t leave home due to disability. Terrible customer service.

The in-store crew absolutely kills it everytime I go here. Terrific employees and consistent quality food made in a reasonable amount if time or better.
This store has hard working and polite employees who always make it right if there’s any problem. I don’t order delivery so I can’t speak on that.

Critical note: one gentleman (who I have only seen once) could definitely use improvement at listening to what a customer is ordering or ask for clarification.
The miscommunication did make me end up with double my order (they made it giant instead of regular) but I wasn’t too upset because I had lunch for the next day. The price for what I ordered did seem a little high but it was for more people than just me. So it didn’t raise any red flags, but it can definitely be avoided in the future.
Always check your order before leaving!
