Yikes, went through the drive-thru and they must have been having some issues. Talk about “freaky slow”. We did have a bigger order for 6 but still took 25 minutes and they got the order wrong and had to go back. Food was okay but as good as I’ve had before.

This location makes a darn good sandwich! It’s fresh, the order is accurate, and the employees are fast with their service! Very happy with this location!
Fyi as of March ’22 their hours are drastically reduced and the hours online don’t match what the brick and mortar store has posted on their drive thru sign. Understandable with staffing shortages that they had to adjust their hours, just wish the online hours matched because I was definitely looking forward to a great sandwich for dinner tonight.
Update May 2022- Came through for lunch. Fantastic service in drive-thru, sandwich made exactly as ordered, and employee was polite and professional. This is a great location! Hoping for the summer they extend their hours.
Update July 2022- It’s good to see this location thriving, and they seem to have a full staff of very friendly and efficient employees! That bootlegger sandwich is just awesome!
Update August 2022- Was excited to come here and get dinner after the drive from Texas. Always get the Bootlegger, but they were out of turkey. That was a bit of a disappointment, but made the adjustment and got something else which was just as good! The drive thru employees are very friendly at this location, and even though it is pricey….they make a great sandwich!
Update November 2023:
Haven’t been here in awhile- absolutely not disappointed in the service: consistent, fast, and friendly! Order made correctly!

DE-LICIOUS!!!! Love this location, love the care they take making a great sub, their high level of customer service- professionalism, friendliness, and quick response/service! Look at this yummy sub! They do a great job!

Why did rating go from 5 to 3 stars? Because what is the point of posting a response to my review online, asking me to reach out personally, then not responding as a location or corporation?! You are wasting my time. If JJ would have said- thank you for your review- and that’s it I would have been fine. However, to ask me to go on a totally different platform, send a message to the location and corporate, which I do, and then not respond. Just not cool customer service.

By far the slowest place in town to get food. I have several times now placed an order for food 15 minutes before leaving work, giving them a 20-minute head start by the time I get there. The last time, I then waited 20 minutes in the restaurant, making it 40 minutes total. Today, I had to leave and come back because my lunch break ended and I had to get back to work. At this point, I recommend placing a mobile order 45 minutes before you plan to pick it up. Do not use the drive thru! The food is delicious, but the wait time is ridiculous.

The absolute worse “fast food” location. My son and I spent over 30 minutes in the DRIVE THRU! There was only one other car in the drive thru! They over charged me for my 2 subs! $55 dollars for two subs and 30+ minutes for a drive thru is absolutely absurd! This manager needs to get their staff in order. Not ok.

Bought two sandwiches and brought them home and all that was on one chicken sandwich is three tomatoes and some lettuce. That is a waste of a long drive. I put the avocado on it so it would be worth eating.

Best customer service, above all. Workers are so friendly. They have great energy. The restaurant is clean, happy, and welcoming. Always pleasant. I eat here at least three times a week. The food is great and always fresh.

Fantastic!!! Delicious sandwiches, made by fun friendly staff. The inside is fun and has interesting wall hangings. The men’s bathroom has funny signs on the wall.

If your eyes are feeling droopy stop in and try the FIRECRACKER COMBO. It wake you up. I’m washing it down with some lemonade. I even customized the wrap to my satisfaction. These chips are like eating sparklers on the 4th of July. The confetti cookie sandwich looks like it will hit my sweet tooth just right.

I submitted a complaint with a photo to this Jimmy John’s awhile back about my sandwich having almost zero meat several weeks ago. No response from management. Decided to try them again and my sandwich was dripping wet, soggy bread, waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru. I am not coming back. Joanie’s is maybe $3-4 more than jimmy John’s and they actually care!
