815p 9-4-25. The moment I picked up my order to go. The man behind the counter said my name (not John) I said yes and by just the look in his eyes when he handed over the hefty bag I knew that I was going to have the best sub of my life. It did not disappoint! Yes it spilled out onto my clean clothes as I pulled them out of the dryer. Yes it spilled out in front of the toilet as I sat down to use it. None of this was the fault of the sub nor its masteful creator but only the fault of my own for not allowing it to be further than 2 inches from my face as I consumed this delightful masterpiece. Wonderful night completed thanks to this ultimate Italian and its extemely adept artisan!

placed an order online for a wrap to cheer myself up after a tough day. i remove tomato and usually when i go to jimmy johns they make the wrap a bit smaller. not this time. this bag had weight, it was heavy. when i got home, opened the sandwich, and revealed the most glorious, packed wrap i have ever gotten. this thing had GIRTH. if it could glow and play holy music, it would have. thank you to whoever made this glorious wrap. i have absolutely devoured it and sent pictures to everyone

Had family order food from DoorDash and came to pick it up however I gave them the wrong name and after that the crew began to treat me like if I was trying to steal food. After I got my order, I proceeded to drive 10 minutes home open it, and realized I was missing an entire sandwich After calling and complaining and going back. I received my sandwich, but the crew didn’t say anything at all I will not return here for Jimmy John’s.

These guys were great. I think they were only open for another 5 minutes and they wonderfully hurried up and made something for me before they closed anyway! And I’m so glad they did, because I was starving! I felt so bad having to go in right right as they were cleaning everything up but I left a big tip because they were so nice about it, and everything was great!

Showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they had their open sign turned off and the staff acted like we were a bother. Mind you they had 5 employees beh8nd the counter and we were their only customer. Food was very meh. The only reason it got 3 stars was because the bread was fresh. My sandwich was dry and not that great. They also had their lunch boxes all over the tables causing us to have to eat out in our car. The last time we ordered there the food was also not that great and had stale bread and didn’t seem like they used to be.

We ordered over $80 of food, plus a 20% tip and delivery fee. We received our order after almost an hour of placing it. I called to find out what was happening and was told my order was sent to a different address. When the guy on the phone gave me the address I looked at my confirmation email and saw the correct address that I put in. We waited another 10-15 minutes after that call to finally receive our order. When I looked at the receipt, it also had the correct address that I asked for our food to be delivered too.

The delivery was over 45 minutes, had to call. After arrival the main sub #14 had no cheese. By the time I had reached them at the store I was so frustrated by all the errors (extra onion is 3 of the saddest rings I’ve ever seen)… I couldn’t even verbally explain between confusion and the other 3 phones going off. No complaints against the gal trying to manage the phone nonsense on whatever else was happening,she was great and helped me the best she could. Just haven’t had a bad experience til now and was disappointed.
