Do better Estes Jimmy Johns.
Doesn’t matter what time of day or week, Jimmy John’s is Freaky Slow.
Literally sitting here in the drive thru for 15 (approaching 20) minutes and watching Takeout Customers through the drive thru window reaching over the counter to grab their Sub out of the pile sitting there.
The Pillleee of Subs sitting there waiting for an employee to call their name.
1 guy making sandwiches, 3 other employees doing???
Checkout gal just wondering around looking cute but lost. The 1 guy making sandwiches stopped making to ring me up.
Every time… Every single time, whoever brings the food, they say “Sorry for the wait” like it’s just the usual scripted wording.
Still much prefer Jimmy John’s over SubWay anyday for the better quality food.

Honest to god thought they were messing with me when I opened this sandwich, but apparently this is how they’re made. Where is the meat?? And the avocado spread? What a joke

I bought the 18pc 4in catering box and ask for extra dressing. You can’t tell that there is even vinegar on the sandwiches. The sandwiches are NOT 4in, well maybe four were. After measuring the sandwiches. We found that there were 9in missing. Which is more than 2 sandwiches missing. Pretty disappointing for $55.

I was excited to patronize Jimmy John’s today due to the good experience I had a few days prior. So much so I downloaded the app and thought I’ll give pick up a shot. When I picked up my order first thing I noticed was the customer experience wasn’t the same (the short guy with the long hair and the Jamaican girls was AMAZING a few days before) but it was busy so I attributed it to that but when I was directed to get my pickup bag I saw they forgot my cookie I ordered…so again I attributed it to maybe it’s a situation that you have to ask them for it or something. So excited to eat my tuna wrap I get home and much to my disappointment I got a lettuce packed wrap with a few small scoops of tuna idk if it was just an off day today but paying close to $10 for lettuce is a huge letdown.

If there was ever a worse staff or worse service, I’d be hard pressed to find it! I asked for the sandwich to “jimmy it up” and no onion or tomato on half. The guy asked me what does “jimmy it up” mean?! That’s their own slogan!! And then was told by the manager that he’s new and that they can’t technically put onion and tomato on only half. What?? Has the guy never eaten a sandwich there? And how hard is it to leave tomatoes off half a sandwich?! As I waited, for 20 MINUTES, I was told about 12 times that the staff is new and they are the only 2 working. But there were 4 people, 2 literally standing around and staring at things! Then to top it all off, the staring guy stared right at me and deliberately wrapped the sandwich as slowly as he could and told me he was giving me the same respect I gave him!! OH, MY GOOD GRIEF! I just wanted a sandwich, which I did get, but it wasn’t “jimmyed up”! Unbelievably bad.

Went through the drive through around 8:30 and when we got to the window we paid and got our drink. He told us it would be just a minute and our food would be right out. We sat there waiting and soon our food was set on the counter to be bagged. We could see our sandwiches and chips sitting there. Three employees walked by and didn’t grab anything or look at us. We waited and waited and then my mom just went inside to get the food. The lady told my mom it was her first day and that she didn’t understand what she wanted, while the guy who took our order was nowhere to be seen. Not great service

Great Jimmy John’s in the Rockies. Rare to find a national brand eatery in Estes. Small location, very busy at times but the staff works hard with what they’ve got and the sandwiches didn’t disappoint.

Visiting from England and it was my first time in a Jimmy Johns. The staff were very friendly and helpful when deciding on what sandwich to get. Reasonably priced. I would say its a much better ‘subway’ type place.

Great stop right outside Rocky Mountain National Park. Service was quick. Sandwiches were tasty. They have a drive thru as well.

This location is fast and has good deals. I was able to get a sandwich, fries and a drink for $6 (after 3pm). They had my sandwich done before I had even paid for my order, it was properly fast.
