Has to be the slowest sub shop I’ve ever been to. Very unfriendly at the drive through. I actually shut my car off twice in line. Food was decent. But that was it. Everything else sucked.

Terrible customer service. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Waited at window and they told us they had a catering order and it would be another 10 minutes. We were waiting for 1 sandwich. Employees were standing around and talking. Asked for our money back and they refused. They said they would make it and once they did it took 2 minutes. Order was wrong.

An absolute horrible experience! There’s never a delivery driver which is fine. I go in to pick it up and wait a half an hour after I was told it was ready. They got it ready it sat on the counter without them telling me it was. I was told they were out of certain meat come to find out the people after me ordered the same sandwich and got it just fine. Trash all over the floor inside the building. The worst customer service I have had in a very long time, I will not be going back.

Food was tasty as usual, staff didn’t really seem to know what order went where. Staff went to give us the wrong sandwich twice. Restaurant was pretty dirty…tables were all pretty messy. We had to clean one ourselves to sit.

They used to be great and fast with delivery. Now if you order through the app you get a phone call say we don’t have a driver. This has happened more than five times and I will not order from them again.

Jimmy John’s raised their prices and the slim 5 that has nothing but thin meat and cheese and bread is NOW $5.99.Then they ask if you want cheese on that, even though it already comes with it, but they charge you extra. This thing which probably cost them $0.35 was making a good profit pre supply chain recession. They’re just taking advantage. I feel ripped off.
