The only reason why I didn’t go with the lowest review is because I’ve met multiple Jimmy John employees and go there all of the time… weekly. Unfortunately I met misha this time. I’ve never had such a hard time ordering a sandwich. I asked him for a 6in spicy Italian I was told I wasn’t allowed to order that. Confused because I order it weekly, I learned real quick the guy can’t think or problem solve and realized I needed to say regular to get the sandwich. Then I also order a tuna melt. As I go to grab my sandwiches i realize the tubs not hot and I ask and misha tells me he’s not allowed to do that. I’m thinking to myself, why didn’t you say that in the first place before charging me and making something I didn’t ask for. I would have been so mad if I got home and realized it. So I asked for a refund and if he let me know at the beginning I would have simply picked a different sandwich. So instead of refunding the ticket, he recharges me for the spicy Italian. I ask him for proof of refund, he prints a ticket and it’s just a reprint, no proof of refund that I realize once u got home. So I paid over $20 for two sandwiches that I never wanted in the first place. Somethings wrong with that guy and I will definitely not go there when he’s working. Fortunately it’s conveniently located to other food place.

Walk in with my two kids, there was only one guy in store, he didn’t greet us, didn’t say anything, instantly felt out of place. We order, came to 48 something. Tried to pay with a $100 and he said due to counterfeit we can’t accept that, tried to pay with a $50 and he wouldn’t allow that either. As I’m telling my children come let’s leave , the lady behind me says she will pay for our meal. The man was almost irritated by this! Then when he was done making our food he just threw our sandwich’s on the counter… can’t even put it n a bag dude?!? I work in customer service,, if I ever treated my clients like this it would be detrimental to my company. By the reviews you obviously don’t care about your workers having horrible customer service.
I feel judged for how I looked and this is bs… no signs saying small bills only.

I ordered The Beach Club with *extra veggies*. They somehow charged me $15.99 for this pathetic mess. Where’s the other half of my sandwich? No chips/no drink? I thought maybe they gave me the wrong order but they confirmed it was for me. Isn’t there someone on staff who is monitoring the quality output here? This was a disgusting waste of time and money. You can go literally anywhere else and get better quality, service and value. Such a disappointment.

So yeah wish I had checked the reviews before coming in. Employees clearly hate their life. The gentlemen making sandwiches greets everyone that walks in with “we’re busy, we’ll get with you when we can” as he looks like he wants to walk out. hoping this was an isolated incident but by the reviews ….not a fan of this store.

First as I’m walking into the store, the old man driver who’s speeding through parking lot yells at me from his car. Then I go in and tell them I order a takeout online but it wasn’t ready yet. Then they make the sandwich but just leave it behind their counter until 10 minutes later when one of their employees finally notice. There’s plenty other lunch options nearby. For sure won’t go back to these people.

I ordered lunch from here since I work from home. I ordered at 11:30 and it took nearly an hour to receive my sandwich. I also requested no tomato, which can be seen in the picture on the receipt and evidence of tomato. Very disappointed this wasn’t freaky fast and not done correctly.

idk I had a perfectly fine experience here. I did mobile order so I didn’t wait in any line, and I didn’t deal with any employees much less rude ones. My order was ready 7 minutes after I placed the mobile order. It was the correct order. Maybe y’all need to learn to use food apps to place orders ahead of time, then you won’t have long lines to wait in
